Dishonest. Quoted medium mature plant (3-5 gal) installed 1 gal. Installed wrong back-flow device causing an over 500.00 fix which Brandon refused to correct.

The answer to this post to “mrs Jones” only highlights the incompetence. I live locally in Lavon and NO effort was made to correct these issues. Buyer beware.

I would like to take out a moment to share our experiences with Brandon's Landscape Services. I am very pleased with the level of services that I received from his company. I know what it's like to get poor quality sercices. I payed someone or a company to build an deck and everything started out ok but as soon as the concrete was poured, everything was down hill from there. The concrete started creaking in several places and all I heard was blame. I was so disappointed with that work that we did not use the deck much. I can go on but I found someone that we could trust. I would love to add a few images.

We recently moved to a house South of Royse city, the house and property are beautiful but the lawn was a disaster.

I hired a local company (Bob's LawnEnvy) to fertilize, treat weeds, ants etc. and early on we discussed options and it was pretty clear that there wasn't enough contiguous Bermuda to save it. We need to renovate the lawn.

I called a couple of companies for quotes and they came back with very high prices. I reached out to Bob at LawnEnvy and asked what he thought about the quotes and he said he'd get back to me. About 5 minutes later Brandon from Brandon's Landscaping Services called asked about the project. He drove over within an hour of our call and he measured the area. He had a quote over to me within an hour after he left and his quote blew away the other bids.

Within a week we had an acre of BridgeLake Bermuda, a very high-end Bermuda sod, plus 3 truckloads of cushion sand.

His crew was small, two or three guys each day and they worked non-stop. The quality of work was excellent, they took care of details like making sure the sprinklers were pointing correctly. You could tell they cared about the quality of their work. Hugo managed the team and he was always pleasant to deal with and he gave us a lot of good advice.

Brandon stayed in touch throughout the project and he delivered on everything he promised. He runs a good landscaping company.

I will start by saying I had two good experiences with Brandon. He helped an elderly neighbor of mine hook up a new sprinkler hub, and helped my father in law with a sprinkler head.

The issue really came when I asked him for some help on my system. First off, he wouldn’t answer calls so just had to text. Honestly that was fine, just wasn’t helpful with understanding.

But the real issue was that I had one zone not working. They came to fix it and when they left that one was still not working, and then messed up another zone. I fully expected him to cover the cost of their errors but he didn’t. He said, man I have to pay my guys. Even though it was an issue they created.

Long story short, I paid anyway to just try to do the right thing. A few weeks later I went out to check my sprinklers after being out of town and found they completely deleted a zone. I reached out after our falling out to get help and just zero response at all. Left with a worse system than I started with and now out about $2k.

Also he will surprise you with a bill and not tell you beforehand how much it will cost.

My takeaway is if you have a tiny job he will do great if you have anything that is worth paying for, you are better off finding someone else.

Hate to tear up a local but I have plenty of opportunity to make it right and it just never happened.

I hired Faithful Roots to pull weeds in my flower beds and around my brick patio. The guys that arrived did just that and more. Their service went above and beyond what I expected.
