I could not have hoped for a better experience. Brody helped me pick out a few pallets of beautiful flagstone for a patio and some ledgers for a garden bed. Delivery was timely (which is also impressive, because they were out of the ledgers that I wanted. So they would have ordered them after I left and had them to me with the flagstone just a few days later). The service here was above and beyond. I cannot express enough how much I enjoyed my experience here. Thank you!

Always a pleasure doing business at Classic Rock Stone Yard. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are competitive and the quality is top notch. I've purchased boulder sized moss rock, lueders stone with roughback, and just about every size of riprap you can imagine. I'm always impressed with the quality of the stones. They even deliver! Here is 260 linear ft of retaining wall using their lueders and riprap.

I stopped by for the first time looking to buy scraps or small pieces of stones and the young lady working there was very kind and provided me with the best customer service. My son and I collected boxes of small broken pieces of stones. They were all so beautiful and I’m looking forward to using for landscaping. As I was expecting to pay, she said no charge, but did request a picture of the finished landscape. It nearly brought me to tears because my gift is giving and don’t expect to receive. I was in awe and was able to share the blessing experience of giving and receiving to my son. Thank you so much, sorry I didn’t get your name but I will when I definitely return to buy the Texas shaped stepping stone and more.

Well my yard speaks for the quality materials they have. And the people are really nice. They treated me and my daughter so kind. They showed her their pig and gave her candy. She just loves going out to Classic Rock& Sand. They were very helpful on the amount of stone and the thickness for my walkways. I would recommend them for any project. I have been to Classic Rock Stone Yard many, many times. We started off getting flag stones to make a new patio after we filled in our pool. Since then I have had truckloads of dirt for my raised garden beds and more pave stones to put around them. It seems they have everything I need. I recommend you go there, and the staff are wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Last year I bought stone for a patio, they humored me and let me go through several pallets to get stone I liked. I had plenty left over to edge my flower beds. This year I wanted to prevent my dogs from digging in a flower bed and getting muddy. So I purchased river stone, again getting more than I needed so my "work" area of my back yard will get a stone cover, making it look nice and not muddy! It was close to closing on a Sat, but she took the time to show me the various styles of rock and let me pick out what I wanted. I'm please with both projects - so nice to have a good source of rock close to me with great prices and exactly what I want for a project!

I have been shopping here for years for both small and very large projects! Alyssa and Brody are especially helpful and they not only have great referrals in regards to workmanship but some of the best stone around!

I shopped around to quite a few places, and they have the best prices for sure! They also have everything you need for yardwork, we are redoing our garden area and was able to get soil, sand, pebbles, flagstone, and edgers all here. 'Really helpful staff and local delivery available up to 8 tons for $85.

They have a GREAT selection of boulders, flagstone, gravel and sand, river rock, and more! The employees have all been very helpful to make our backyard project just what we want it to be.
- We are working on putting a play-sand "river" surrounded by boulders and river rock for our young kiddos to enjoy. 😁 We are already loving how everything is turning out.

Fantastic selection of products and a caring, knowledgeable, and trustworthy family. I’ve shopped around and I won’t purchase material from anywhere else. Brody is an awesome person. Very thankful I found them before starting all my hardscape projects.

This is my go to place for everything landscape. We recently bought 4 tons of flagstone, 1 ton ledge stone, and 1 ton road base. All delivered and set on the driveway. Yes we paid to have it delivered and forklift unloaded. The guy that delivered was very friendly. Wish I could remember his name, he even helped a few days later when I made several trips to get cushion sand.

The price and quality are great! I made the mistake of going to another place in Dallas because they were open on Sunday and I didn't want to lose a day. Both the price and quality were poor! I will not make that mistake again!

I recently ordered Rainbow rocks for a project I was working on and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I needed the rocks to be delivered within a short time frame and the customer service team was extremely accommodating to my request. They were friendly, helpful and made sure that my order was processed quickly.

Ordered 2 cubic yards of sandy loam.
Alyssa was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction and made things short and simple. $55 for delivery was also worth it! Bruce was super friendly and kind! Highly recommend this place for your landscaping/dirt needs.

Great service! Very easy to schedule delivery, and communication was excellent the whole way through. Our rock, soil, and sand showed up on time and exactly as expected. Couldn’t be happier—highly recommend!

Classic Rock is are rock stars and have great prices on their stone. They listen to what you are wanting to do and then give you great suggestions. The first time i needed a few pieces of flag stone for stepping stones. I found my 9 pieces and proceeded to check out and the gentleman said these are samples have a great Friday. This was shocking but they earned a customer and many referrals from me. Now the second time i was searching for the perfect stones for a bench. I spent 15 min and found a few stones that i liked and proceeded to ask for help. They asked me what my project was and with much surprise they had me follow them to the stones made specific for benches. It turns out what i was looking at would not have worked. Kudos for the employees there they are knowledgeable and respectful of what you are wanting to accomplish. I would give them 5 stars, but it is a bit inconvenient for the non contractors, that they are not open on Saturday. Thanks Classic Rock, i already have my landscaper coming your way to buy from you. Once i have my project done, i will post some pics. But i need to come by some more rocks from you before i can finish. thanks again.

1st and 2nd trip was great. 3rd trip they were busy and all customer service went out the window. When I asked how long it would be to get my 1/2 load the owner got ride and said she’d get to me as soon as she could. I tried to be polite but she walked off flaying her hand in the air talking about pain in the neck customers! Not a place for residential customer!!

Very happy with the ordering process- they had the different stones displayed where you could see them easily side by side. Very helpful in calculating how much we would need with good suggestions on managing drainage. My only complaint is that my 1.5 yards of base and 3 yards of stone just got delivered and it is in one big pile... with the base underneath the stone. Previous small deliveries of rock from another company had a separator in the truck so that they dumped one , moved a few feet and dumped the other. When I called after delivery I was told that this is just how they do it.

I hurried after work to get to Classic Rock before they closed, excited to pick out some rock. I have been doing business with them for years and Brody is wonderful. I pulled up next to a stack of Austin stone blocks so that I could load my truck with some to finish our landscaping, and the woman that works there walked up and was with another customer. She told me I needed to move my truck so that she wouldn’t hit me with her loader. I asked her where she would like me to move and she waved her hand as if I needed to park way far away. I told her I would be hand loading my vehicle so didn’t want to park too far away and if it would be ok to pull up several feet to load. She was short with me, told me yes, if I didn’t mind getting hit, and embarrassed me in front of the other customer. I turned my truck around and just left. Customer service comes first with me, even over price. I would rather drive further and pay more than be treated that way.

They are not very good at accommodating customers. They seem like they are all about money. I would not recommend. As you can tell, very unprofessional. Even when we had our rock delivered the man came up to my door and said “where do you want this” I just remember thinking in my head, “Wow he seems mean” I only give bad reviews when I feel it’s necessary and in this case I did. I get this is a small company but maybe they could try just being more professional.

Was very disappointed in the customer service. The woman was extremely rude. We will gladly pay the extra $3 and go to Starr Turf where they are kind and respectful to their customers.
