Wow how does this place even have any stars. The little girl Justin is very proud of how much of a man he is Haha. Went to get some pea gravel but instead they disrespect my wife, I got a F*** You and told me to step outside. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time on this hillbilly family. FTB!

Very disappointed and borderline angry with the delivery of my flagstone. $45 extra to have them back a truck up into my driveway and literally flip over and drop a full 2000 lbs pallet of stone onto my driveway. Several broken pieces, Oh and they even left the pallet on top of the pile! Hopefully the concrete drive isn't damaged.

Well not sure about the Class part in their slogan. Horrible experience. I clearly told the man who approached us we needed 1 ton of stone on a pallet and told him my husband called and spoke with a lady. He said well she is pulling up now. I told her the same and they loaded almost 2 tons. When I said only one, she said okay well I'll give you a pallet and start unloading, this isn't Brookshires... Haha
Really?!?

Okay, you can take that whole pallet and I'll take my business to AAA Sand and Stone and gladly pay $15 more!

Very upset with the service. I was basically robbed over 200$ for not weighing what was put on the trailer. And when addressed I was told “quit bitching and leave”. The owner of the business & the woman in charge was responsible for the horrible service and disrespect that was given to my dad and I.

This company is a complete joke!! Rip off! Go anywhere else!! Better not show any humor around the owners because they don't have time for that! Sarcasm goes straight over owners heads and they get completely offended!! At a potential big customer!! I'm sure this place will be gone very soon with their implied business morals! Yuck!

We were recommended this place by a friend. Unfortunately our experience wasn’t pleasant. The blonde lady that works here is very rude and unprofessional. When a customer brings your business $$$, the least you can do is be respectful.

Called to ask about decomposed granite for our landscaping by our pool. The lady on the other end of the phone was very rude. I ask her how they deliver the product and where they would drop it. She asked me what I did for a living.??Like that matters!! Little does she know that I have purchased from them several times before but this will be my last. I called another business and made my purchase with them (Living Earth).

After reading wonderful reviews about customer service, I was very disappointed to experience the opposite. We are building a new home with a great deal of stone siding and landscaping and were hoping for some hands-on guidance but instead were told to come in on our own and look around and then place an order if we wanted something. Even recommended other rock places. It was clear that their time was more important than the potential (large) sale. Nice website, unfortunately the carry through was not so much.
