My A/C went out yesterday as we headed into record 100° territory today. I called early this morning, and the owner answered and said he had a technician headed my way. I have to say, the technician, Jeffery, was easily the most professional and kind service person I’ve had in my home! He assessed my indoor and outdoor equipment, told me in plain language what was broken, and explained my options. My ancient unit got patched up, and my home was cool again before the morning was over! It’s time for a new unit, and Apple A/C will be installing that for me as well. This company has excellent communication. I hope you’ll use them for your A/C troubles and get the same good vibes I did!

John came out on a Sunday (same day I called) and checked our AC that wasn’t cooling. It was low on refrigerant and he didn’t have any R-22 (old style) on his truck. He called and confirmed that another employee of his had some in his van and sent Erick over the same afternoon. Erick and John were both friendly and transparent with resolving my issue and didn’t try to upsell me on anything extra that I didn’t need. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy HVAC company and I will definitely be calling them when it’s time to upgrade our system.

What truly impressed me was how he went above and beyond: he drove all the way to Carrollton, Texas, to personally pick up the part we needed, ensuring that we had heat that very night.

Jeff and his crew installed two new HVACs and two ACs to replace old units in my home. Jeff was trustworthy and not pushy right from the start. The team was knowledgeable and worked quickly during the install. The price was very reasonable and my electric bill is down! I would definitely work with them again.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but damn—this deserves one. I called John Luera from Apple A/C and Heat Services at 5:33 PM, and by 6:30, my A/C was blowing cold. He showed up after hours, went above and beyond, and was honest, prompt, and genuinely empathetic. I spent more at Kroger today than what it cost to fix my A/C. I called Apple AC on a Sunday morning and got a live person immediately!
I told them my issue and said I’d receive a text shortly. Within minutes I had the name of the technician and ETA.
John Luera from Apple A/C and Heat Services arrived less than 30 minutes later. John quickly assessed the issue.
It was a quick and easy fix (blocked drain line).
John was thorough and honest. He could have told me my “fluxcapacitor ” was out and I would have had to trust him. Ha! He didn’t try to upsell me or talk me into an unnecessary part! It’s hard to find companies with integrity like Apple AC!
I will be calling them every time I have a heating or cooling problem!
