Reviews of local pros in Rockwall, Texas

From the first phone call Johnson Chimney Company made the appointment easy to arrange and everything ran smoothly. Mike handled the cleaning and showed me the creosote he removed.

I was dealing with a damaged flue liner and this company recommended a full relining. The chimney sweep was clean and efficient and the draft works perfectly now.

our home had an old damaged chimney cap that kept rattling in the wind so we had them replace it. They handled it great and made it simple to understand what needed to be done, ya know no pressure. EXCELLENT job and it looks PERFECT now.

Our place had years of soot in the smoke chamber so these chimney specialists did a deep smoke chamber cleaning along with a chimney sweep. The airflow improved right away.

this team showed up ready to work and got straight to cleaning our chimney from top to bottom. They were respectful of our space, kept things tidy, and worked well together which was IMPRESSIVE. The whole visit was pretty quick and now the fireplace works AMAZING, ya cant beat that.

I recently had my pool completely renovated, and I want to share how impressed I am with the team that handled the job. Diego, Norman, and Malik did outstanding work, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. Throughout the process, they explained each step of the pool cleaning and renovation, making sure I understood what was happening. Every day, they made sure to clean up after themselves, leaving my backyard spotless with no mess left behind. The work was finished on schedule, and I couldn’t be happier with how my pool looks and feels now. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing pool cleaning or related services.

The team at Blue Science Pools is always friendly and really helpful when it comes to keeping my pool in top shape. I really appreciate their free water testing and how they walk me through any steps I need to take to balance my pool. They always have plenty of pool chemicals and supplies on hand, which makes it easy to grab what I need quickly. The prices are a bit higher than some places, but the convenience and service make it worth it. Whenever I have questions about my pool or pool equipment, the staff take the time to chat and explain everything clearly. I only go here for my pool needs, so I can't compare to other places, but I've always had a good experience. Recently, Gerald came out to check on my pool light that wasn't working. He was really polite and explained all my options in detail, including what needed to be done to fix the issue with the transformer. He made sure I understood everything and didn't rush me into a decision. We were given a few different choices for the repair, and it was nice to know that fixing the transformer might let us keep our current light. Once we decided what to do, we called back and Gerald returned quickly to finish the job. He explained everything after the repair and even answered some extra pool questions I had. Overall, the whole process was smooth and professional. I’m very happy with the service and always enjoy working with their helpful team. Great experience all around!

The team did a fantastic job resurfacing our pool with a gorgeous pebble finish. From start to finish, the whole process was handled smoothly. Malik and the crew arrived on time each day, got straight to work, and always made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. The project was finished ahead of schedule and the results look amazing. If you’re in Rockwall and looking for reliable pool service, Blue Science Pools is highly recommended for your next pool project.

I recently bought a 27 ft. above-ground pool and had a great experience with Jeff and Diego. They provided excellent customer service, answered my questions clearly, and made me feel valued from start to finish. The pool installation was smooth and professional, and everything was explained in a simple, helpful way. With the Texas heat in Rockwall, it is great to have a pool ready to enjoy, and I will definitely keep coming back for pool supplies, chemicals, and other pool service needs. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality above-ground pool and dependable pool care.

I called for pool service after buying our home, and Jeff came out to help with the pool and spa. He clearly explained what chemicals I needed, how to balance the water, and the best way to care for the pool and hot tub in the Texas heat. He also gave me a simple lesson on how the pool chemicals work together, how to keep the water clean, and how to stay on top of regular maintenance. He made everything easy to understand, and now I feel confident taking care of it on my own.

Our first time using this pool service was fantastic. A couple of our pool LED lights had gone out, and the team asked us to send a few photos so they could confirm the right parts before the visit. They quickly got us on the schedule, and Malik kept us updated by text with a clear arrival window and great communication the whole time. The technician arrived on time, replaced the lights efficiently, and made the whole pool repair process easy and stress free. The crew was professional, thorough, and well prepared, and it was clear they know pool equipment and service work very well. In the Rockwall heat, it is a huge relief to have a dependable pool company you can call when something needs attention. We will definitely use them again for pool repairs and routine service, and we highly recommend them.

i called for an estimate on pool cleaning and pool equipment upgrades. Norman and jeff came out, looked over the pool, and gave helpful recommendations that saved me time and money. instead of a sales pitch, they were honest and explained the cleaning service, acid wash, pool decking, and equipment repair options in simple terms. The work was done well and we were very satisfied with the results. In the Texas heat, it really helps to have a team that knows how to keep the water clear, the system running right, and the pool area in good shape. i highly recommend calling them and asking for Norman or Malik if you need pool cleaning, acid wash, decking work, or help with equipment issues.

I had a great experience with this pool cleaning company! I called on a day when they were usually closed, but Gerald answered the phone and was happy to help me out. He provided a new pool pump motor and took care of installing everything—impeller, diffuser, shaft seal, and more—so it was all ready to go. All I had to do was connect the wires and secure it to the pump. Gerald also shared some helpful tips on keeping the motor running well for a long time, which I really appreciated. The shop was stocked with tons of pool parts and had a lot of character, just what you’d hope for from a place that knows pool equipment inside and out. Gerald even pointed me in the right direction to find the right piece for my electrical conduit at the hardware store, which saved me time and money. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing pool cleaning or repairs!

the pool service here has been top notch. i'm really impressed with their quality work, honesty, and always showing up on time. from regular pool cleaning to draining and getting rid of calcium buildup, they handle it all with care. every team member i've met, like gerald, malik, and norman, has been friendly and easy to talk to. if you need reliable pool service, this is the place to call!

We contacted this pool service company to re-plumb our pool equipment after we took out our old pool heater. While they were here, Jeff did a free water test and noticed a few things that needed attention with our pool water chemistry. They handled a phosphates and algae treatment for us, and later returned to clean our filter. I really appreciate all the helpful advice they gave on how to keep my pool and water in top shape. I highly recommend this company for their fairness and expertise.

All the workers were skilled and worked together smoothly, making sure everything went just right. They also kept the area clean, which was important to us because we wanted to be considerate of our neighbors. Finally, Mike came out to get the pool up and running, and he made sure everything was working perfectly. We couldn’t be happier—our pool looks amazing and works great!

Several years ago, I had pool equipment installed in my backyard in Rockwall, and it worked perfectly for much longer than I expected.
