Masters touch is a great company with an owner/operater that has years of experience in this area locally. Bob Cruse has been a great help to the community and there is a legacy with this company that is inspirational. Service and pricing is unmatched and this company has served into 3rd and 4th generations of families. This is unheard of. I can't thank Bob and his crew enough for the last 19 years of service and guidance. Thank you Masters Touch!

Casey Mitchell and his team are A Number one when it comes to service and honesty! Suddenly one day my kitchen sink and washing machine stopped up. My husband and I had several plumbing companies out here that told us that we needed to fix the PVC pipes under our house that was replaced about 16 years ago. Two companies told us that we needed a total re-pipe. Two companies told us we needed to trench under the house and repair the pipes. The estimate's ranged from 30,000 to 50,000. Then we had Casey come out here. We explained to him what happened and showed him the pictures that we had from the camera inspection that we paid 375.00 for. After he evaluated the pictures and our plumbing problem, he explained that if we needed a total re-piping or a trenching repair job, we would have our toilets and showers backing up too. Not just the kitchen. He recommended that we just carry on and if we have any further problems let him know. And did not charge us one red penny! So far, we have not had any further problems, and we will be calling him if we do.

Ben, Garrett and team just installed a brand new efficient HVAC system in our home. Ben is honest, straightforward, and took the time from quoting through installation to answer all of our questions. His team worked a long, hot day (mostly in the attic) and got us up and running by dinner time. Ben stayed behind to program thermostats and explain what to expect in the coming week. We've been customers of A2Z Plumbing for years, and they are wonderful with the work they do. They are trustworthy, reasonably priced, and do the work well and timely. I have recommended them many times over, and all of those family and friends have expressed positive experiences as well.

I contacted multiple plumbers in the area and none of them ever got back to me. So when I called A2Z they were very responsive and Casey was able to schedule someone to come out the very next day. Michael did an excellent job at installing my fixtures and completed the job fast. Additionally, Michael showed me how to install fixtures for future projects, this level of excellent customer service is something you don't typically get from most. So I would highly recommend them for their fast response, great price, and excellent customer service.

Ben and his team go above and beyond to ensure that you’re taken care of, exceeding all expectations.
He responds nearly immediately to texts, tho he’s extremely busy, especially in the midst of summertime.
In the HVAC industry, there are so many owner/operators who take advantage of clients/customers, as you’re at their mercy, however, he’s so incredibly reliable, honest, trustworthy, extremely timely and forthright- one needn’t worry at all.
All of my friends know and use him and he absolutely precedes his reputation.
He’s a great blessing to our community and I pray that God continues to keep His hand on his business and may he ever continue to prosper.

Needed All Care Comfort Solutions in a hurry with summer coming. Spoke with Ben and he had Garrett come out today and on time. Garrett was very knowledgeable and fixed my system and we have cold air now. They have been doing our HVAC for a while. They are the best!

I had a pipe burst in my front yard and I tried fixing it myself. After finding the scope of the work was out of my league I called Master’s Touch. Bob was out within a couple of hours and he took care of it. He followed up later that day to make sure everything was fine. The level of caring and professionalism was second to none. This is a family owned and operated company that provides quality work and exceptional customer service. They were polite, professional, and efficient. I called because I needed a new dishwasher installed and it required new pipes and hoses. April (office manager/dispatch?) was very kind and helpful and scheduled an appointment for me. Matt and Juan came out first thing the next morning and took care of everything I needed and were even kind enough to look at some other work that I wanted done. They are very knowledgeable and affordable. They clean up after themselves and wear booties over their shoes to keep your floors clean. Will definitely use them for future projects! Be sure to ask for Matt!

Found on the Better Business Bureau website and requested an appointment online. Mr. Staggs personally called me found out what was going on and then had his scheduling person call me to set an appointment. It was evening and they were able to schedule me the next morning. They showed up first thing in the morning with convenient text message updates about them being in route.
They showed up in a company truck. They were both very polite and knowledgeable. I needed some new pipes and disposal. They were finished with the job in about an hour. They were EXTREMELY clean!!! They brought their own trash bag and paper towels... the only way I could tell they were here is all the new stuff under my kitchen sink. Josh and Matt are absolutely great guys and very professional. I will definitely be using this company again.
