Doiggs is a very professional company. I recently had major water damage to my home. They were there within one hour of calling and on a Friday night. They took over moving furniture and extracting the water from the entire lower floor. They saved everything possible and was with me for the next two weeks drying the walls to prevent mold. I highly recommend Jeff and his crew.

Technicians showed up on time and were very courteous. They cleaned my carpet and sofas giving me a firm quote before starting. We discussed the pet stains and decided upon a good way to treat the stains. I am very pleased with their work and how my carpet looks. Doigg’s were very successful in getting out all my pet stains. I will be using Doigg’s restoration again.

I can not say enough complimentary things about this company. They responded immediately after 6 pm to my emergency! They were professional in every way and explained all that they were doing and why. They were considerate of my time and always called before coming each day. Doigg's Restoration has helped me with two separate flooded rental properties and done a great job. Within an hour or two of being notified, they assembled a team and were on site to mitigate the damages. They handled everything with the insurance company to make it a much easier process than I envisioned. They have also cleaned carpet, rugs, and upholstery in my personal home and did a great job.

Our carpets have been through a lot over the years. I'm posting pictures for complete transparency.Also to provide proof of the great job that was done. Cole was really nice, polite and knowledgeable about the restoration process of a flooded area in our home. We only used the basic carpet cleaning for the time being, but it still looks & smells great. I would definitely recommend their services!!!

Before we put our house on the market, we had new carpet installed by Doigg's. We had a great experience, so we hired them again to install carpet in our new home. Doigg's is who I called when I had water damage to my house. They were fast, communicated very well and answered all my questions. I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend them to anybody I met. There are some great companies out there and Doigg's is at the top of the list in water damage and customer service.

Erik called to let me know he would be here in 20 minutes and he was here in 20 minutes. He was very professional and helpful. He did an amazing job. He even took the time to try to calm my dog that was in his kennel going crazy over the cleaning device and letting him smell it and making sure he was not here to hurt him or me. Thank you for taking such great care of your customers! Thank you to James for introducing me to your company in the first place! Will definitely call you guys again!

I have used this company multiple times. Jeff and his crews are on site promptly, with an attitude that lets you know they will do whatever is necessary to make your clean-up and restoration a success.
From leaks to mold removal they are prompt professional and down right great people.
I hope I never need their services again, but I won’t hesitate to call!!!

A water heater failure left us flooded. I was standing in water and frustrated because the computer for the water mitigation company I had been referred to by my insurance company had left me on hold, twice. The insurance company had carefully explained that I could choose anyone I wanted to do the work, so I asked the carpet company that had always done a nice job for me and they recommended Doigg's. I called, talked to a real human and their guys were at my house in about half an hour. They started the whole process of getting us dried out and minimized further damage. They came back each morning to make adjustments to the equipment. They were pleasant, intelligent young men who were able to communicate clearly, and work independently and competently. It has been a bright spot in this whole unpleasant surprise.

If you have a water emergency, I can't recommend Doigg's highly enough. My water heater burst and flooded 3.5 rooms. As a single woman, I felt like I was in extremely good hands for this project. Matt, Darryl and Cole were all efficient, professional, and understanding of all my questions. They really know their stuff, and because of that It helped bring my anxiety level down 10 notches. You want people like this on your side in a crisis! I could go on... 1,000 stars

I called Doigg's after we had a candle fire in a bedroom. From start to finish, everyone was amazing. James came and inspected the damage and was very understanding of the stress and worry we were going through with smoke damage and wanting to make sure everything was safe for our family. Matt and Darrell were the guys that took care of the cleanup of everything in the room, they were extremely professional, friendly, and did a great job cleaning everything in the room and storing it for the demolition. I would recommend this crew to anyone who may need help with restoration'/cleanup/anything!!!
