Swimming Pool Contractor reviews in Rockwall, Texas

Elite Swimming Pool and Spa refinished our pool and replaced the pumps. A few years after the work was done, i had an issue and they came out the next day and addressed it a very reasonable price. Subsequent to that, i had a home inspection that erroneously noted a discrepancy with the pool. Angelo wrote a letter of explanation that same day to clear the issue off the list. Angelo is VERY responsive to emails and text and provided a quality pool resurfacing product at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Elite Swimming Pool & Spa for swimming pool repair work!

Our pool had been painted by previous owners, Elite came in and got the resurface job done in no time. Very responsive company that always answers the phone. Angelo is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done correctly. My pool is beautiful.

Very happy with the service from Elite Pools. This is the first year we enlisted a pool service for weekly cleaning and maintenance and the pool has never looked better. We had a pump crack during the February Freeze and Elite was able to repair it quickly and at a reasonable cost. I am happy to support this locally based Rockwall company.

I highly recommend Elite Pool! Angelo is a stand up man and delivers quality work and great customer service. I recently moved to a new home in Rockwall and the pool needed several repairs and updates (heater, vacuum, bubbler, plumbing, etc). Angelo finished a relatively large project mere days after first contact. Getting weekly maintenance service as well, and it's been a fun summer in our new pool! Quality work, competitive pricing, and friendly service...that's how you get me to be a loyal customer. Thank you, Angelo!

Angelo was very courteous and helpful with our pool heater issue. He also worked our order ahead of schedule because we needed to get an issue resolved quickly due to a pending home sale. We would recommend him.

I would recommend elite pool and spa to anyone, the owner gives clear communication and was able to give me a quote before he even left during his first visit. I had my pool coping replace, concrete decking repaired and all new equipment installed. Pretty much everything. They did a great job!! I can’t say enough good things about him and his crew

Elite Pools did our pool renovation and provides our pool maintenance service. They did a fantastic job with the renovation— the pool looks and functions as a brand new pool! Their service is exceptional. Angelo always responds to my questions and has someone out addressing any issues within 24 hours. They have made owning a pool so much easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend Elite Pools for any of your pool renovation or regular maintenance needs.

First rate pool service! Honest, Christian believers that love what they do! Like family!

Elite Swimming Pool & Spa re-plastered and re-tiled our pool last month in less than a few weeks and did an amazing job, very thorough, addressed any issues we had, and responded promptly to every text and call timely. When I chose them it was from reading all the great reviews and now that they've done the job I can vouch for all those great reviews as well! Angelo and his crew are absolutely amazing hard workers and we appreciate them all!

Angelo took care of the remodeling of our pool. Exceptional work and unmatched customer service. He is our go to pool guy for all needs

We have used this service for almost a year now and I am so mad that I had to write a review. We had a service guy weekly servicing our pool here in Rockwall, he broke our hose and attachment that connect to our sprinkler system, after we reported it to management and sent pictures and video, they said they would come out to fix it at no charge, it has been weeks now and has not been fixed even after 2 reminders. We have cancelled our service with them and will no longer be using them. I am outraged at this poor service and the lack of urgency to fix this. This is unacceptable.

Wonderful company to work with. We’ve used Elite pools for years and they’ve always taken excellent care of our pool. Very timely and communicative.

I am adding an October 2025 addendum to my previous review. Angelo and his team at Elite continue to do a great job servicing and maintaining our pool. I reached out last week about some equipment upgrades and tile repairs. Angelo explained the options and identified a cost effective solution that fully met my needs. The work was done quickly and in a very professional manner. I highly recommend Elite. Original review: Angelo and his team do an outstanding job cleaning and maintaining our pool. The pool is clean year round and the equipment repair and maintenance services are always timely and responsive. I’ve used Elite for five years and have been continually satisfied.

Elite has been cleaning my pool for several years and never had a complaint and been impressed with their expertise, so when we were wanting to get our pool remodeled, we talked with Elite. We have really been impressed with their professionalism and promptness in getting things done. We have been very happy and would recommend our friends and family to use Elite. Our pool is beautiful again.

We have had them service our pool and spa for the last 4 years. We have a weekly schedule and they keep us clean and in working order all year long. If we have an issue or a problem like a pool equipment breaking down, they have always been very responsive and get repairs done quickly. They are the best and so glad they have been our pool people the last few years!!

We love our new mini pebble. It has brought our pool back to life. The work was completed quickly and is something we will enjoy for years. I highly recommend Elite!

I HIGHLY recommend Elite Swimming Pool & Spa. We were ready to have this pool filled in but Elite made it brand new again!!! I called several companies, left messages and even spoke to some who said they would come out to see what repairs needed to be done. NO ONE CALLED BACK OR SHOWED UP except for Angelo at ELITE!! He was friendly, knowledgeable, stayed in contact, responded quickly to text messages and was there to HELP us!! Thank you ELITE Swimming Pool & Spa.....But mostly THANK YOU ANGELO!!!!!

Awesome job on our remodel. Angelo is very responsive and very much a perfectionist. They were there on time every day and worked long hours to get the job done. When we asked for some changes in the middle, they worked with us no problem! They do amazing stone and tile work--our pool looks great. They also worked an extra day on preparing our pool for plaster as our last plaster job ended up with hollow spots. I am confident we won't have that issue with Elite. And finish work was attended to by Angelo personally, where his attention to detail was so valuable. I would highly recommend them for your pool remodel. Honest, trustworthy, good at what they do and they do the job right and are not satisfied until the customer is.

Elite Pools resurfaced our pool 10/2023 for a fair price. The work was done as scheduled and, most importantly, the follow-up over the next 3 weeks was outstanding. I highly recommend contacting Angelo about your pool needs.

Elite did a complete remodel Coping, Tile and Plaster on our 17 yr old pool. They did a great job. finished in less then 2 weeks. I got 5 bids on the work Elite was competitive on the price, I choose Elite based on the reviews I read, and I was not disappointed. Angelo responded to all texts and phone calls quickly, He answered all my questions and took care of every aspect of the remodel perfectly. We love our new pool.

Replaced tiles around top edge. Repaired coping bricks. Angelo was very responsive, good to communicate promptly and clearly. Juan drained pool one day, removed old tiles second day, placed new tiles and grouted third day and was done. He is an artist at his work. Cleaned up the site completely. Angelo came after pool filled to vacuum, clear surface debris and add chemicals. Very, very polite and respectful. Would recommend to anyone.
