Best builder around

We moved into this house 7 months ago and the pool was installed 3-4 months prior to that. So the pool is roughly 1 year old and we've had to replace all the LED lights (+$3k) and now the motherboard (+$2k). When speaking with Kirsten and asking if their company would at least stand behind their product she said "You're not our customer" because the warranty doesn't transfer and stated they're not affiliated with the BBB and hung up. Any pool company that doesn't stand behind their product for 1 year (Warranty or no) is not reputable and clearly doesn't perform quality work.

I had Omni Outdoor Oasis install a pool heat pump, a new filter (mine was old and cracked/leaking), and a new chlorinator. Mark and his team did a fantastic job! They were prompt, courteous, and professional. We are currently enjoying our pool in October, something that was impossible as recently as last week! I like to DIY some things, but for anything else pool related I will be calling Omni!

Ever since Omni took over cleaning my pool, it has looked fabulous. I feel like they actually care about doing a good job, which wasn't how I felt about my last company.

After the big freeze of 2021, Omni got it handled! One week, start to finish... Plasyer, tile, leak repair and all new equipment. Not only were they quick, the level of professionalism was stellar. The fact that that when they left everyday, our yard was clean and organized still. You sometimes could not tell they had been there. Not just professionalism from the sales and management side, but the tradesman!!. I wish they would have been around when we built our pool 16 years ago.

Let me just start with WOW! We broke ground on May 16, 2022 and we jumped into our stunning new swimming pool for the first time on August 17, 2022! Yes, those dates are 100% true! Every level of expectation was either met or exceeded and the quality of customer service has been second to none. Mark and his team have been such a joy to work with from design to completion and I feel that we have made friends in the process. Since our build, 2 of our neighbors who followed our experience along the way, have also started the build process with Omni Outdoor Oasis. We could not be more impressed! Trust the people, trust the process and you will be amazed at the end result! Happy Swimming people :)

Outstanding company! After the freeze, we had massive equipment and pool damage. They came out and immediately fixed it (spent an entire Sunday here!) just to make sure we were taken care of as soon as possible. Professional and responsive. Truly puts the customer first. We won’t go anywhere else.

Great experience with the entire Omni team - from start to finish! They communicated well with us, gave a fair price, and made sure everything we had agreed to was done! I would recommend Omni to everyone… you will not be disappointed!

We previously hired Merlux to build our pool. They scammed us and took our money without finishing the project. After a lot of searching and stressing to find another company, we found Omni. They saved us and our pool. It was hard to trust another company after what we went through, but I am glad we did. We have a beautiful pool now thanks to them. Mark is an amazing guy who took our concerns seriously and truly cared for us. I highly recommend this company and will forever be grateful and remember them every-time I use the pool.

I highly recommend Omni Outdoor Oasis if you’re looking for a company to build or maintain. We built with them a little over a year ago and have been using their services for weekly maintenance ever since. They are punctual and thorough. Anytime I’ve ever had a question it has been promptly and professionally addressed by Lauren in their office as well as their pool technicians. We’re looking forward to another great summer of swimming!

The pool is always swim-ready, and this company walked me through the whole winterization and off season maintenance of the pool, even though it meant I would not require their weekly service for at least 6 months.
