Used twice in the past couple of months.1st to upgrade wattage to the house. Two weeks later a storm downed a tree, and took some power lines with it. Could not be happier with they're quick response!

Unprofessional!!! One of the guys stopped by our store, walked around and get the detailed info about the job but nobody called me back for the quote. I called them twice, they told me they were going to get back to me. This is 5th day nobody called me. This is ridiculous. I have not received even the quote. If this is the case, I would not imagine how long the job will take to finish. Forever? Nah. Find another electrician guy. Totally was waste of time trying to work with them.

Amazing employees at this company. I had a difficult electrical problem in my house that another electrician was not able to diagnose. The Urbish technician identified the problem in about 5 minutes. (I guess this has to do with their many years of experience.) The tech had a friendly, no hassle, straight forward method of communication and saved me money by being able to diagnose the problem so quickly. (Electricians charge by the hour) Service was prompt and friendly.

I've added them to my contacts and plan to call them for my future electrical needs.
