I called for them to come out and check my electrical problem. They said they’d be here between 5-8pm. After them not showing up, I called them and they said they could not make it out, they were tied up! Had I known this earlier, I would’ve found another company. Poor customer service…DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THEM!!

After last night's rain storm and power outage, my wife and I called Leaf Electrical to get a quote on a Generac home back up power supply. The extremely rude person on the phone at Leaf Electrical said we charge $125 just to come out to look at the property. When asked what a ballpark number might be, the extremely rude person was true to form, rude and unhelpful. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind dealing with rude people!

Leaf Electrical Co. came in fixed my problem, discussed other problems that might arise in the future, and crawled thru my hot itchy attic to check out some wiring for me. They were neatly dressed in uniforms, well mannered, covered their feet on my floors, and finished the job on time. I will call again if I need electrical work. Thank you!!

4 scheduled appointments, 4 no call/no shows. I had tk call them each time and they told me the tech was busy at another job, or they'd call me with an ETA. still no call. I understand some jobs are bigger than others, and I understand you get busier than expected, but at least COMMUNICATE with your customers. They got me to sign up for premium home services. Supposed to be front of the line, $0 service fees and 10% off parts and labor. I'm canceling my service and getting a refund. If looking for a reputable electrician, look elsewhere.
