I have been with Custom Comfort since 2010. I appreciate the prompt service and great, knowledgeable service technicians. I purchase the monthly membership and consider it dollars well spent. I recommend it to friends and family as well. Just had the spring tune-up with technician Devin Gilbert. I appreciated his prompt arrival, and attention to keeping the system tuned up for the summer. All of the technicians have had great recommendations over the years for keeping the system running efficiently. I honestly feel that they have the best interests in keeping my system up and running through these summers in Houston!

Devin has been both efficient and pleasant while doing the maintenance in behalf if custom comfort. He inspected thoroughly and explained clearly the results if his inspection. A reliable person.

10/31/2025 This call was for Devin to make the yearly check on the heating system per Gold Club membership. As always, Devin was prompt and courteous, and he knows his systems. It is always nice dealing with him.

Devin Gilbert came to my home as an A/C technician from Custom Comfort Air. He was very courteous and professional.
Devin checked the code on my thermostat and went into the attic to check on things.He then proceded to check outside . When he left , my a/c was starting to cool. By evening the temperature was down to 72 Degrees. I have used Custom Comfort Air for
about 47 years now they have always sent great help out to my home.

I have been a long time dedicated Custom Comfort Air customer since I moved to Sugar Land. Devin Gilbert, the technician who came today is excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional & friendly. He takes a lot of time to explain everything in terms that I can easily understand and makes sure everything perfect before departing. It really feels good to a business that you feel is an ally.

Devin did a great job on our HVAC maintenance visit. He called ahead, showed up on time, and was very thorough in his inspection of the system. Plus, he's a very friendly guy!

I liked their work well enough to sign an ongoing maintenance agreement. They were prompt and gave a detailed report of what they found and what work they did. I also liked that they offered optional upgrades to our system w/o "being pushy". Overall an excellent experience for us.

Comfort Systems never disappoints. Devin did a great job for us today. Recommend them for new units, as well as repair and maintenance, and annual checkups for a/c and heating.

Devin Gilbert came to our home for the 12-month service bundle for the 3 Lennox Heat Pump units that we purchased for our home last year. He arrived on time and seemed very knowledgeable about the 3 units and the service required. He spent considerable time in the attic changing the filters, pouring acetic acid into the drain lines, and checking the electrical components and coil. He also w inspected the outside 3 compressors units, checked the coolant pressure and ensured that all of the electrical components were working properly.
He was here for around 2.5 hours or so. There was no charge for this service, as the 12-month service is included with the purchase.

Devin came to do my semi-annual HVAC maintenance. He was prompt, very curteous and explained everything he would be checking. He followed up with an email describing all services for that day. Recommend him and Custom Comfort.

Devin Gilbert was on time and exceeded expectations. He spent time & care cleaning our outdoor unit, checking the system over - ensuring it was in top shape. We have a tight space in the attic to change out the large filter. He managed it with ease. He is friendly and we appreciate him taking such good care of us.

Gilbert tested the system numerous times to make sure everything was working properly. He answered all my questions that I had for him. I even asked him to show me how to check and clean the filters that it had. He was very professional. I would definitely use them again.
