Diego and his team refinished my Sautillo tile floor a month ago. Already, bubbles are coming up in various places. The really horrible thing he did was to use masking tape on my floorboards instead of painter's tape. When they pulled the masking tape off, the paint on my floorboards came up with it. Diego said that if I supplied the paint, he would have someone come back and "retouch" it. It was not a matter of retouching. All the baseboards had to be re-sanded and re-painted. It cost me $545.00 and Diego made no attempt to reimburse me for this unplanned for expense.
No integrity here. Do not recommend. -

Had them refinish my Saltillo floor, Diego & company did a great job, first they used machine scrubber, then hand-scraped the old sealant off each tile, then cleaned all residue away, washed, took a few days for tiles to fully dry (which is normal), then applied 2 coats of semigloss sealant. Finished job looks great, I highly recommend doing this periodically (maybe every 7-10 years) if you have sealed Saltillo floors.
