Dynamic Electrical is an outstanding service company ini the Round Rock/Austin area. I called on a Friday and on the next Monday they arrived at my house on time and ready to get to work. Tristin and his helper diagnosed the faulty wall switches that were not working properly both inside and outside and installed a new, covered, outdoor switch my wife has wanted for years. They were courteous and professional. Their standard is excellent service and they surpassed that.

Very, very happy with the fast and efficient service from Dynamic Electrical. Roy was very professional and easy to communicate with and his team was so respectful while in our home, they didn't leave any messes at all, they where on time and made sure everything was working like it was supposed to before they left. I would highly recommend this company, you definitely will not regret it. Bonus is they are a locally family owned businesses and you can tell they take pride in there company.

I called Dynamic after another electrician gave me a ridiculously high quote to replace my breaker after my power went out. Dynamic sent a crew to my house within a few hours. After some investigation, they discovered a disconnected wire on the roof that was likely the source of the issue. They even waited for Austin Energy to come fix it so they could test the breaker and ensure everything was working properly. Everything was taken care of within a few hours and I avoid an unnecessary hefty bill with the other guys.

I felt like I was dealing with honest people at Dynamic --- they weren't just trying to sell me some fancy new equipment. I will definitely use them again!

Dynamic was fast and courteous. They came recommended by another electrician I had worked with who was unavailable and they were prompt in scheduling and were very professional. The communication was solid and the payment and invoicing process was streamlined. I would personally recommend their services.

Fantastic experience with the crew from Dynamic Electric. Received a text the day before letting me know what time they would arrive, received another text the morning of the appointment letting me know they were on their way. The crew reviewed the job with us and made a special trip to the hardware store to ensure the finished job looked great in our new outdoor patio. Very impressed with Jeremy, Jake and Ray at Dynamic. We were having a complicated electrical issue and they came out twice to diagnose, made several calls and asked for videos, etc in order to repair and complete the fix. Dynamic Electrical was very quick to answer my text message requesting an appointment. We had some lights that were flickering and sconces that were acting funny, and even though it turned out to be bad bulbs in both of them (my fault), the guys were respectful and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing that.
