Both of the servicemen were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to help install a new Ring doorbell and plug-in chime.
They had to make a trip to Home Depot to get a new part to replace a faulty one so the doorbell would work. They also installed lights on the outside of our garage and hooked up Lutron Caseta controllers for our back porch and patio lights. They were great to work with and did a great job.

Ray and Trysten have done work both for my personal properties and for clients. Always do a great job, quick scheduling, and fair prices. Highly recommend.

We worked with Roy Gomez and Dynamic Electrical on a large remodel project in downtown Austin. The job required full coordination with the City of Austin for permits and inspections, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally from start to finish. Roy and his team were dependable, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the project.

They completed all electrical work to a high standard with no issues or delays. Communication was clear, inspections passed without any problems, and their attention to detail was excellent. Dynamic Electrical Service has been my trusted electrician for the past three years, and I couldn’t be happier with their work. I first called them to fix an issue another electrician couldn’t solve—and they diagnosed and repaired it in just 15 minutes after the other company spent over four hours trying! Since then, they’ve replaced my sub panel and most recently installed recessed lighting and a ceiling fan. They’re always prompt, communicative, and courteous—sending a quick text when they’re on the way. I originally found them through a neighbor’s recommendation, and I’m so glad I did.

I cannot recommend Dynamic Electrical Service enough! I’ve been using them since back when it was a one-man operation, and even as they’ve grown, the quality of service hasn't skipped a beat.

They recently came out to upgrade some lighting in my home and, as always, they were right on time. I really appreciated how they communicated every step of the process so I knew exactly what was happening. They worked efficiently, did a fantastic job with the installation, and were incredibly meticulous about cleaning up once they were finished. Before leaving, they even checked in to make sure there wasn't anything else I needed.

What sets Dynamic apart is that they truly stand behind their work. On the rare occasion we’ve had an issue, they were prompt to come out and fix it immediately. They are always friendly, courteous, and offer great service at a fair price.

Two stars because Ray fixed the simple wiring of the light switch correctly and promptly. Only two stars because their price for initial visit was significantly high for the area. When I politely pointed it out, I received a dismissive response in disrespectful tone. They said that they told me the cost over the phone. But I have no recollection of it. I should have taken it in writing. Now I know who not to call when I need help on electrical work.
