I have a very high standard for cleaning. I’ve always done my own cleaning and since disability has limited my own ability, I usually have to accept a lower standard of clean. Not with JT. They have an eye for detail and cleaned as I would have. My house feels much more like home now, thanks to Josefina and team!!!

Josefina and her crew are great! They are consistent, efficient and have a great eye for small details. Josefina is very organized and provides all her prices up front so there are never any surprises. And I love that they bring all of their own supplies and equipment. Really, I think it's the best cleaning crew I've ever had!

Josefina & her partner did a fantastic job today completing a deep clean for us. We are having her return monthly!

First, I was told a time cleaners would arrive. Days before visit it was moved an hour later without my appoval. I thought I was going to have a house cleaner who understood and spoke English, but neither housecleaner spoke English and I was supposed to call office and have my directions translated. It was a disaster. Terrible communications. Poor quality work. They did some things they should not have done and skipped over some they should have done. I feel I wasted a good bit of time and money on this business. Buyer beware!

Professional and thorough. I have a big house and had just the first level deep cleaned (1800+ sq.feet) It took 5 hours, but every surface, floor, mini-blind, baseboard, ceiling fan, mirror, sink, tub, shower, corner, was cleaned. I have very dark hardwood floors and they looked brand new (and better than I have ever been able to clean them!). I feel the price is justified with how clean my house was. I plan to use them regularly as well as a deep clean upstairs.

The ladies were polite and respectful. I have met the owner and she is delightful!

Been using this service for years. I love that they are always prompt, responsive, and do a great job with natural cleaners that don’t leave a smell.

You can ask for specific things and it actually happens. They bill per hour so it’s straightforward. Plus, they bill automatically to the card and you can leave a tip that way too.

I used It’s Cleaning Time for the first time today. I’m so impressed! On time, pleasant and efficient team. They were calm when my bulldog wanted to help them!! 😁 I recommend and will use them regularly.

Couldn’t be happier with It’s Cleaning Time. Called them for a deep clean of a long neglected house, and they got there the next day. Did a terrific job, above and beyond my expectations. Their terms and prices were explained beforehand in a clear and trustworthy way. A terrific experience!

This is by far the best cleaning company I've ever used. From a business perspective, they are accommodating, respectful and extremely professional. The cleaners are always on time, very nice, and always do a fantastic job cleaning. One of the cleaners usually even sweeps my front porch on the way out while he/she waits for the other cleaner to finish. Great experience overall with this company - 5 stars!
