We've been using It's Cleaning Time! for several years now and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!! I'm not a "regular" customer; I don't have a set schedule for them to clean my house but I probably do use them at least once a month. I call and ask them to squeeze me in and they have never let me down!!! Everyone that I've ever talked to has been wonderful and the ladies that clean my house are excellent, professional, and very sweet!! If I ask for something extra, they are always willing to oblige!! I feel like I won the lottery the day that I found It's Cleaning Time!

Arely is the best! She gets the job done perfectly every single time.

They do an incredible job every time! We have gotten the deep clean and monthly cleanings and I cannot believe how helpful it has been. They are super flexible with my schedule and so kind and efficient. I cannot recommend them enough!

The owner promises a fantastic deal of cleaning services. She is a great sales person!
However what she promises is not delivered! Her staff were very friendly did show up with a tray of almost empty products to clean. I offered to provide any cleaning products to help with getting the job done. The had no polish to clean my wood furniture they used a damp towel. I needed all my baseboards and cabinets dusted due to tile flooring being removed. The master bathroom was the only dirt room in my 1890 sq ft home. I was told many times by the staff they could not leave because they were contracted to stay 4 hours. The next morning my husband was inspecting the baseboards, cabinets, furniture and they were very dusty. I called the company and the owner was very unprofessional and continued to dispute my concerns, however the 2 staff members did return to try and explain that I was rushing them and that’s the reason for the sloppy work. I let them in with their soap and water again. I’m breathless with trying to explain my total disappointment with this company and feeling robbed of my hard earned money so those owner can toot her horn about being a business owner. I was charged $475 .
I do not recommend this company or the owner!!

After cycling through 4-5 other services, we've used It's Cleaning Time for almost a year now. Incredible professional cleaning service at a reasonable cost. The teams are always on time and have always cleaned our house thoroughly, with care. Highly recommend!

This is a professionally run operation with skilled employees. Arely and Marina do a phenomenal job and always go above and beyond. I am constantly finding where they have spent extra time and effort to make my home more comfortable. I have tried the "apps" and national chains and the difference is professionalism.

have used their service off and on for several years as my budget would allow. I tried using lower cost cleaning services but never found anyone that could do the job as well as Clemencia's team. Recently, I began using them every two weeks and I recommend them highly. My house is not always "clutter-free", but they take the initiative and I have always been extremely pleased with the result. They are always professional, friendly and reliable. Clemencia is the owner of this locally owned small business and I am proud to be one of her loyal customers.
The young ladies that clean my house are wonderful. They do a great job overall, but I find results of extra effort above and beyond my expectations after every cleaning. It is a good feeling to know I don't have to look around for things they missed. They are professional and thorough and extremely hard workers. I enjoy supporting this company by using and recommending them to everyone I know.

Quick, Easy,Honest, and Communicative.

I found working with them a breeze. They showed up with two cleaners and completely transformed my space from dirty to clean. They even do a nice job tidying. Couldn’t have been friendlier.

Also their prices were crazy competitive, they even sent a supervisor out to inspect after.

We originally planned on doing just a one time cleaning as we just moved into the house. But now we’ve set up recurring cleanings (at a very fair rate)

10/10 recommend.

Their team is kind, professional, and take great care of your home. Clemencia is such a great communicator, and scheduling and rescheduling was a breeze! We can't recommend them enough. Plus, their pricing is very reasonable, especially compared to other services in the Central Austin area!

I love It's Cleaning Time, they've been so wonderful to work with, from scheduling to the quality of service they deliver. They're always punctual - often early! - and my house is left in such a wonderful state. It's often my favorite day of the month when they come. Whether I'm doing a routine monthly cleaning, or a deeper clean, the team always delivers and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! They came in a timely manner. Made it spotless, and took pictures to make sure of it. My apt tried to charge me for damages but the pictures they took and sent me proved it was fine! 10/10

Everything about the experience was great. I usually love the cleaning staff and hate admin but I’m impressed with everyone from start to finish.

I uber value the responsiveness and informative pdfs to set expectations. The cleaning ladies were amazing and lovely, and handled my kitty with care. I loved the quality control check and welcome gift at the end—very nice touch!

My husband is happy too and he was hesitant🙌🏼 now, he’s going to tell everyone at work and would like to continue the service.

It’s Cleaning Time did a great job with our deep clean and we started using them every 2 weeks. Abby and Sara are pleasant and accommodating. They make our home feel nice and fresh after each visit. They ask me to look it over before they leave and they address anything that I ask them to.

This company provides excellent service. The two young ladies who came to clean our house were always careful, attentive, and friendly. They were also happy to accommodate the few specific requests we made of them (like "please make our bed this way"), and were always on time or a bit early. Very pleased with our experience with It's Cleaning Time.

They are angels. Excellent cleaners and a joy to work with. Wish o could give them 10 times more stars.

Absolutely Amazing Cleaning Service!

If I could give more than 5 stars, ICT did an absolutely incredible job cleaning my home. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and thoroughness were beyond impressive.

They arrived on time, fully equipped, and ready to tackle everything. My house has never looked or smelled this fresh! Every corner was spotless, from baseboards to ceiling fans. They even managed to remove stains I had given up on. The team was friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work.

I can’t recommend ICT enough! If you’re looking for a top-tier cleaning service that will leave your home sparkling, look no further. I’ll definitely be using them again!
