My wife booked Trustworthy Cleaning Service for a deep clean prior to going out of town and Juliet and Conchita showed up right on time on the date of the appointment. My wife has been traveling for work quite a bit and I have been limited in mobility due to knee issues. So what I’m saying is that there was quite a bit of work to do in order to get the place properly clean. Both of these ladies worked nonstop for nearly 6 hours and the place looks amazing. We have two small dogs that shed a lot and you wouldn’t even know that there were dogs here for the moment . I am beyond satisfied with Trustworthy Cleaning Service and would highly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs!

All three stars are for the cleaning ladies. They do a wonderful job on my house! The two missing stars are for the scheduling. I never know when they’re coming. I used their services for 2 1/2 yrs and at first the scheduling was reasonable. I tried to be flexible. But by the end it was terrible. After every cleaning I get calls, emails and texts asking for reviews, which is annoying. I finally gave up. Again, the cleaning is fantastic!

I’ve used them for 3 years now and they ALWAYS do a thorough DEEP cleaning of my apartment. Dust, vacuum, mop, wipe down every corner of my unit, including scrubbing down the orange “rust-like” thing you get on your bathtub and bathroom walls. I highly recommend their deep cleaning services.

While they arrived on time, and cleaned most of the home, they did not clean some areas that should have been done to get the home ready for sale. They were surprised to see people in the home despite the fact that i told them that my friends family lives there half the week still. I contacted them the next day to relay that my friends pantry was not cleaned at all (on Saturday). When I got to the home to review it myself on the following Monday, I noticed that the matter bathroom shelves hadn't been wiped, and the stairs were not vacuumed, the entire upstairs was given a very minimal vacuum. I contacted them again, via text and call, and was called back later in the day. The home was going on the market the next day, so I had already cleaned the pantry and had to vacuum the stairs and upstairs myself. I told them as much when they offered to come and fix the issues, and told them we were about to leave the home. I asked if we can get a refund for those items or credit back for another service (which i feel is fair, instead of immediately posting a bad review). They said they would tell the service department and get back to be. That was over a week ago. I called again earlier this week, and texted, asking for a response and for a receipt for the cleaning. They have not answered either of these requests or fixed any issue. They haven't even emailed me my receipt. I definitely do NOT recommend working with them, they appear to be the opposite of trustworthy and only care about clients when they make the initial appointment call. I feel I wasted hundreds of dollars for poor quality and poor customer service.

Guadalupe does an amazing job cleaning my home. She never misses anything. LOVE coming home to her smiling face and clean home!

The cleaners are great but the admin staff for scheduling has given me headache in the past. I stick with them for the cleaning but I wouldn’t recommend them unless you have lots of patience for dealing with the admin staff. They offered to make things up with a free deep cleaning but they didn’t do it as offered. I wasn’t too upset though because at least on that appointment there was not stress from issues with the scheduling (which is rare). I’d recommend them in the future if I felt like they could handle more business but right now they struggle with organization with their current clients.
