This team was amazing! I scheduled them for an annual deep clean and they went above and beyond my expectations in every way. Every bedroom cleaned wasn't just cleaned but was also organized (blankets, stuffed animal, legos, and art supplies). The bathrooms were scrubbed and all of them looked like a clean hotel room just checked into. The kitchen was scrubbed and the gas stove top looked brand new. And they even gathered up all the stray socks and random clothes that happen with 3 kids and put them in a laundry basket in the laundry room. I couldn't be more thrilled with their service and will absolutely use them again!

I hired Natural Cleaning to do a deep clean on my condo before moving in, and they sent over Anna, and I have to say she did an absolutely outstanding job. From the moment she arrived 15 minutes early, she was professional, friendly, and ready to work. She told me upfront it would take about 8 hours, and she worked nonstop the entire time.

This was a true deep clean, and Anna paid close attention to every detail. She cleaned out the refrigerator, oven, and microwave, wiped down all the shelving and inside the kitchen cabinets and closets, vacuumed the carpet, cleaned ceiling fans, and made sure even the shower was spotless. I stopped by about halfway through, and she was deep cleaning the shower and bathroom surfaces. She truly touched every part of the condo.

By the end of the day, the entire space looked and felt brand new. It was spotless from top to bottom and ready to move in.

While I cannot speak for the entire Natural Cleaning team, I can confidently say that Anna takes pride in her work and delivers exceptional results. If you are lucky enough to get her on your job, you are in great hands.

9/12/25, Updated review: few sessions in and realize that promised cleaning details are not included but paid for every session. There is a communication gap between owner and cleaning team.

They cleaned everything extremely thoroughly, even in areas that are not easily visible.
They also clearly explained why certain stains could not be removed.
Overall, it was a very satisfying service.

Very pleased with the work that Julia and Iryna did today! They were very detailed just as I like, and quick. They have great energy and are very professional. I was most pleasantly surprised when they arrived and switched into different shoes! Shoe covers can sometimes be slippery on our floors so I thought this was a brilliant idea. They steam cleaned our stone floors instead of using our simple mop, which is *amazing* because steam sanitizes. Looking forward to setting up recurring services. :)

These ladies did Gods work on my home! They were incredibly detailed! The stuffies even got a bath! If you are seeking help with having your house cleaned this company has amazing, trustworthy, efficient and detailed orientated cleaners. Highly recommend!!
