TCA did a wonderful first cleaning at my new property. I’ve used them In the past before Covid and after trying a couple new ones I’m glad I made my way back to them.

Although I was pleased with the overall cleaning. I was disappointed with their clerical procedures. I believe I was overcharged for services abd did not receive adequate justification for this company. I am sure that I can find a more reasonably priced company that may more customer centered.

This is my second cleaning from this company! The first cleaning was good with a few hiccups, but this team that came COMPLETELY out did themselves! And they did it with a smile on their faces! Outstanding is all I can say!!!

We 'are both blind so I cannot give you photos.
Most of the time we get the same team. They honor our requests. They thoroughly clean all surfaces, make our bed and mop our floors. The cleaning authority cleans our entire house. Each time they clean, they give additional attention to a part of the house on a rotating basis.
The app works well,. I can add a tip, see an upcoming schedule. It also tells me what part of the house will get extra attention.

I love my cleaning team of Argenis and Elidia from The Cleaning Authority! I can never get my cooktop as sparkling clean as they do. Besides being professional and efficient, they are also friendly and so nice to my two dogs.

Jacky and Nancy of team 30 did an amazing job. My house has never looked better. I don't think it even looked this good when I first moved in. Before, I was embarrassed to have people over to visit, but now I'm looking forward to friends coming over. Jacky and Nancy did absolutely gorgeous work. I look forward to working with them again.

Ladies did a great job and kept the noise down as I was taking calls while they cleaned. T-18 with Danilys and Vanessa is the best and I've requested to keep them as my team.

We recently passed an inspection on our home, and this was in large part due to the wonderful work done by Isabel and Patricia! I would highly recommend, and we plan to use the cleaning authority again the next time we're looking to have our home cleaned!

Gabby and Sara (team 11) came today (11/4) and as usual did such a great job on our house! They are so friendly with us and our dog Wylie and efficient throughout both floors. They leave floors and counters looking shiny clean and all areas smelling so good. Couches and beds and carpets always look hotel-perfect. We love our monthly cleanings right down to the little bows on our tissues each time. 🥰

I have been using TCA for over a year now and have to absolutely praise the team that consistently comes to my house: Alicia and Jones. They care a lot for what they do, and are always asking if we are satisfied with their work. They do a wonderful job cleaning our house every 2 weeks! Great company. I really appreciate the advance information about what they will be focusing on at each visit. Love my cleaning team! They are consistent, thorough and delightful ladies.
This is not the most inexpensive company but they are worth every penny. As the saying goes… You get what you pay for.
