I'm so happy I want to cry. I've been struggling with burnout and depression recently, so house cleaning had fallen to the bottom of my to do list. I went back and forth on whether I wanted to hire a cleaning service and I'm so happy I decided to call The Cleaning Authority!! Santa / Mari (aka team #16) came to my house today and they did a phenomenal job!

They worked quick and efficiently and checked with me several times to make sure I was satisfied with their work. My shower...has never been cleaner! The house smells great, looks great and I feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.

I initially planned for this to be a one time clean but I will definitely be reaching out to them to schedule regular cleans going forward! Their pricing is completely reasonable for the quality of service and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality clean. They are trustworthy, communicative and professional. I cannot thank them enough! Also shout out to my neighbor who also uses them regularly and encouraged me to reach out. I'm so glad I did.

I recently started using The Cleaning Authority for my two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment (with a study, living/dining, and kitchen), and I’ve been very impressed. They first completed an initial deep clean, which left the entire apartment spotless, and then came back for the first rotation clean, focusing on the living room, study, and laundry areas.

Carolina and Mirna are absolutely wonderful—detail-oriented, efficient, and incredibly kind. They go above and beyond to make sure every corner is taken care of, and the results truly speak for themselves. I’ve been so pleased with their work and the company’s approach. I would highly recommend The Cleaning Authority, and especially Carolina and Mirna, for anyone looking for reliable, thorough, and professional cleaning services.

Mayra and Felipa recently did the initial deep clean, and I was pleased with them and their work. Customer service with the office has been great, too. I'm glad I finally decided to get regular cleaning, and this seems like a great company.

How hard is it to request a good cleaning crew that knows how to clean your home from this company? It's not rocket science. Three different times have they managed to break decor/figurines throughout our house. We have requested not to use vinegar to clean but to use our preferred cleaning agent which is "pinsol". But, they still use vinegar and/or very little pinsol. Supervisors/management had told us numerous times that all of our requests would be placed on notes for other crews to see before our cleaning schedule to no avail.

Second time this year do they trigger by accident the gas range on the stove. There is a strong smell of natural gas throughout the house. I had to open all the doors and windows.

Cleaning is not that great. Either forget to clean the counter tops properly or leave excessive cleaning agents on top. Foam would still appear on the counter.

I would not recommend this cleaning service to family or friends. For the price we are paying, another company can do better for less.

Cleaning time has been cleaning our house for a few months and let me tell you, I no longer suffer from the anxiety a “messy house” gives me. It is totally worth it. They always do a great job. Gina took care of our house the past two visits and I’m just so grateful for the time and care she brought.

Our clean today by Gabby and Nicole #11 was fantastic! SO thorough, everything is sparkling. They were very detailed in the dusting, cleaning countertops, the bathrooms, the stovetop, etc etc. They were friendly and didn’t rush. Thanks to them we are more than ready for upcoming visits with family. Thanks ladies!

I’ve been using The Cleaning Authority in Round Rock for a few months, and Josffa and Naida have by far been the best cleaning crew I’ve had! In just three hours, they managed to deep clean areas that previous crews overlooked, and they took extra time and care with every detail.

Walking into my home afterward brought me such a sense of peace and calm — everything was spotless, perfectly in place, and felt like a model home. The little touches didn’t go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate the pride they take in their work.

Orguldea and Lisandra did a wonderful job cleaning our home! They were very detailed with everything and we were super impressed. I am very happy that I decided to go with the clean authority. Really last minute, I called them as a first-time customer for an entire move-out clean and they found the time for me exactly when I needed. They did a fantastic job on my move-out clean. They were incredibly thorough and you could tell they gave special consideration towards everything. I highly recommend their services!

We've been using cleaning authority for a few months now and are really happy. Isa and Patricia did an amazing job on our first deep clean, listening to the few things I warned them about and also being kind to our cats who were nervous about people in the house! We had such a great experience there were signed up for the every two weeks, and I wish I had the names of all the ladies who have been here but they've all been really sweet and very attentive to detail. It always feels amazing in the house after they leave, everything is just back to rights. Thank you!

My house is very large, and in the past 40+ years, I have not used many cleaning services because I am VERY PICKY and have had to re-clean after most of them left. However, Oliva and Yadira (Team #28) were efficient, thorough, and very communicative throughout the 5+ hours they were here for the initial deep clean. They assured me that I was free to ask them to redo anything that I was not satisfied with. Another lady came from the company to check on the job about an hour before they finished. I only found 2 tiny spots that the mop did not quite get, but that was ok; I took care of it. These ladies worked very hard all day to make sure I was satisfied. I love this company’s business ethics. They are very customer oriented!

Dominic and Gabriella did my initial deep cleaning today and I couldn't be happier. The ladies did a phenomenal job and were super polite and professional. I swear my house wasn't even this clean the day I moved in. Absolute attention to detail and with my home office door closed I barely noticed they were here. If you are looking for a first time house cleaning or switching service providers I highly recommend. Also they do clothing drives for the local community which I didn't know about when I signed up but I really respect them for that.

TCA Round Rock is reputable, honest, has great communication and gives back to their community! Highly recommend.

They clean our 3,700 sq. ft. home in just two hours—and somehow don’t miss a single thing. Everything shines! From the lines in the carpet to the vacuumed office chairs, their precision and care always impress me. They’re fast, professional, and it’s clear they genuinely take pride in their work. Highly recommend this company, and especially this team!
