Russ was a great technician. He was on time, was able to diagnose our dishwasher problem straight away and fixed it the next day after all parts were sourced. He was clear in his communication, professional and fair on cost. I would highly recommend.

Really fast response times, professional service. My furnace wasn’t working but turned on when one of their employees came to check it. They said to keep an eye on it and if it was still broken in a few weeks, to call them and they’d let the service call amount go toward the repair.

My gas valve finally broke completely a week later and as promised they put the original amount toward the repair.

They even checked to see if my furnace was under warranty (it was) and handled the process of acquiring the warrantied part. Thank you so much!

Quick service replacing a bad HVAC fan motor. Also, we were considering having more work done, but ultimately decided to hold off for now. Fuse was tolerant and patient during our indecision. We thank them for that, and will likely use them in the near future.

Russ was right on time at the start of the "time window," made sure to understand the issues with our washer and methodically tackled the diagnostic efficiently and thoroughly. Gave me a quote on parts and labor after finding the culprit, even helped with advice and answering all of my questions along the way. Kind people but makes no sense to take on a job when they have no expertise with the appliance that you need help with!

These guys came on short notice and did a great job fixing the heating coil on out dryer. Good, honest, trustworthy guys! Highly recommend them!

Fuse came out to analyze an issue I was having with the AC struggling to get below 80 degrees in my house. The technician (Gary I believe) arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and considerate, and took the time to analyze the issue. Unfortunately after doing so he came to the conclusion that the issue was a leak and so he would need to diagnose where this leak was the next day. Being that it was a Friday and a busier day for us he explained how he could come at 8am when it was cooler to see if the issue could be repaired quickly. The technician arrived exactly at 8am and went to work. After spending a couple hours diagnosing the problem it came up that the leak was in the evap coil (ugh!). What they didn't know at the time was that I was going to be on vacation the next week and so the fix needed to happen that day. Both the tech and his boss did their magic and managed to get a replacement coil and have it installed same day! They came out and after spending several hours were able to replace the coil and even showed us where the coil was leaking and it was plainly visible. They added the freon and re-pressurized the AC and now we're back in business with a cool home. These guys did a tremendous job in a very tight timeline and were courteous and informative throughout the entire process!

They came the next day and promptly solved the issue with my fridge. The technicians were thorough in explaining the problem and the price was reasonable. I later had separate issue with my fridge, which they helped me resolve over the phone. Great company, highly reccomend
