My already high expectations were exceeded by a massive margin! Amanda was the technician doing a quick service check-in on my AC system, she knocked it out of the park with sharing photos and educating me on the health of my system, while also prioritizing what is necessary in the immediate future, and other great recommendations for now/later. The friendly/professional approach of Koala Cooling is second to none. I’ll be constantly recommending Koala Cooling from here on out!

We had Amanda and Jackson out to do a system check for our 1 year old American Standard system, installed by Koala. Both Amanda and Jackson were extremely friendly and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently while providing lots of insight with what they were looking at. They found that our fan motor in the outside condenser was over amping (good find!). The owner, Scott, was great to speak with. He honored the warranty fully and was happy to do so. You just don't get customer service like that anymore. And Renee was also a delight to speak with in regard to getting services scheduled.

Amanda returned a couple days later to replace the fan motor. She was fast and thorough. I understand that she's a newer team member with Koala but I can tell she's is and will be a very valuable asset to Koala for years to come.

She went over the options with me and didn’t make me feel inferior. She explained the different levels of service in a manner that was easy. John and Dillon were great! They came out for a semi-annual HVAC inspection and we're very thorough. They did a detailed inspection and went over a variety of options and enhancements. They answered all of our questions and did an excellent job!

Zack and Kyle were extremely professional, efficient and patient. Zach went above and beyond to find that there truly were immediate issues and connect with the appropriate technician. Kyle came out after hours to make sure we were taken care of and returned the next day to make sure our problem was resolved. Mia with dispatch was also very quick to get back to us and understanding with our calls. We feel very confident in the service we received after a previous company left us uncertain as to our next steps.

I recently had Kyle Krause from Koala Cooling come out to inspect both the indoor and outdoor AC units to see why my AC has been struggling so much recently. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Kyle was not only highly knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly detailed in his inspection. He clearly laid out all the issues 6 years of non maintenance has caused. He laid out all of my options without any sales pressure, giving me various maintenance plans and packages to choose from.

He replaced the capacitor on the outdoor unit today quickly and without issue, and I’m looking forward to completing the other necessary maintenance steps to improve the indoor air performance and quality. As someone with two dogs that shed a lot, I really appreciated how Kyle discussed solutions to address indoor air quality, which is something I definitely need.

Overall, Kyle provided fantastic service. He’s the kind of HVAC tech you trust immediately and look forward to working with again. I highly recommend both him and Koala Cooling!

Jacob is amazing and very patient. He explained and reviewed everything with me and even spoke to my brother (owner of HVAC Company out of Atlanta Ga). I would really like Jacob to be my service provider for ongoing maintenance!

Amanda arrived within the scheduled timeframe and was very thorough in inspecting my AC system. She provided recommended services and equipment and was exceptionally friendly when she did. I am very happy for her services!

A little over a month ago my AC went out in the middle of a 100+ degree heat wave.
We came home from work/camp on a Wednesday and the inside temperature was 94 degrees! I thought keeping my home warranty for the last 7 years was wise because with a 20+ year old AC system I knew this day would come. It was not wise. AHS came out 2 days later on a Friday afternoon and still wasn’t able to give me all the info such as cost, timeline, etc. I called a couple places to get an idea of what a new system would cost while I waited. When I called Koala, Zack was so helpful in explaining the various systems, recommendations, install process, timeline, and finance options. He even gave me his cell phone in case I had questions over the weekend. By lunch on Monday, I was nearly certain they were the best option. He met me at my house. Reviewed and clarified a few points. By Monday evening the finance side was done and a crew would be there the following day for an install. Hector and David (father son team) installed the entire system the next day.
Luis came out the following morning to see what small items needed to be done to bring it up to current city code. He then came back a few days later and spent an entire day adding all the things to pass the city inspection. This old house needed lots of little time consuming things.
The customer service from everyone I interacted with was amazing! Michelle, Luis, and Zack especially were fantastic. Everyone was very considerate in cleaning up any dirt or debris. It was a bit stressful being displaced for nearly a week with 2 elementary aged kids and school starting. I hate making these big financial decisions, but you all made it so easy with clear easy communication and explanations. Thank you so much for taking care of us. The Tiffs treats was a really sweet touch. I’m a customer for life!

The whole team was friendly, informative and professional.
Luis answered all of our questions. He informed us of maintenance planning, including the type of filter to install in the Carrier system and recommended the cleaning solution for the drain pipe. He made sure that we were familiar with the new Smart Ecobee thermostat.
Zak's presentation was very thorough and he offered us great discounts.

Eric is a very professional, intelligent and kind person. Excellent Service, very professional and you can’t find the prices he quotes. I got quotes from 6 different companies and Eric had the best price and he switched the equipment from the brand for which he quoted with the one I requested without any issues. He changed two units for me. He is the best of the best in town. 5 Stars aren’t enough. AAAAA++++++ Highly recommended
