We came in contact with Koala after they were contracted by a foundation repair company to look over our plumbing after the work on our foundation was complete. From the first text we got from Koala to last of the engagement, they were a delight to work with. Whoever writes the intro texts for the techs needs a raise... It's glowing and inspiring writing. This is the normally throw-away text you get when a tech is assigned to your account. Normally, it'll be 'Tom is on the way to you, here's his pic.' Not Koala. Oh, no. They go into Tom's qualifications not only as a plumber, but as a good human being, nay perhaps a superman amongst plumbers. How he saves stray animals in his spare time. How he helps the downtrodden. It's literally the most amazing intro text I've ever seen. And you know? The quality of service was amazing. The people that came to work on our home were polite, very tuned in to not getting the house dirty, very willing to explain anything, and very motivated. On the whole a great experience. I can unreservedly recommend this firm.

5 stars for Koala Cooling and Amanda Nations! Amanda performed our annual AC checkup and was pleasant and professional. She showed kindness to my children when they interrupted, and was considerate of our schedule, going so far as to confirm that the kids weren't napping or anything. She wasn't the "pushy salesman" type who tried to convince us that we absolutely needed to upgrade our systems, but offered the solutions in case we decide to take the options in the future. Finally, she gave us pertinent maintenance advice to better care for our AC system. So far, I've been very pleased with Koala's HVAC services. They'll be keeping my membership for the foreseeable future :)

Our A/C unit started leaking, and Zak came for a consultation very soon after I called. He was fantastic at explaining everything piece by piece, and used videos and pictures for reference. I felt more educated in my answers thanks to his detailed explanations! Unlike other companies, he made sure all my questions were answered and even price compared. He was great!

Our air ac went out on the hottest day in August and we called four different hvac companies and none could come that WEEK so I called Koala and they sent a tech out immediately. Our unit came with the house in 1985 and was on its last breath. Alex came out and explained all the pros and cons of buying a new unit so we did. He went and bought a portable unit to get us through the night and at 7 the next morning Jose and his crew showed up and put all new duct work in and a new AC unit. They were the hardest working people I've ever seen. They stayed 14 hours and did not leave until everything was done and left the job site clean as a whistle. We are living the good life now and our electric bill is half of what it was the previous month. Bottom line is we have a cold abode and highly recommend Koala Air!

We recently had a new AC system installed. I started having issues with our old thermostat, and of course it was after hours. They still made a point to be out the following morning as soon as they possibly could, and technician Evan Anderson came by and had everything up and working in no time. So far have had a good experience with Koala Cooling overall.

Dustin and Isaiah saved the day at my house. The heater had stopped working and it was COLD! They now have the house warming up again and I'm thrilled. In addition to getting the heater up and running they were also very easy to chat with when they were explaining the problem. Management should give them a really nice Christmas bonus. 🙂

Exelente work Koala Cooling. I recently had a new air conditioner installed in my apartment by they and I’m extremely satisfied with their service. The installation was done professionally and efficiently. The team arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.

Very professional HVAC Service with rapid response and to my Suprise, they don't charge Austin Prices. They are now our go to guys for HVAC Service.

A short delay in early install schedule but the folks worked hard when units were shipped to Austin. Emergency AC folks installed the units promptly and got them set up nicely. Both units are working and cooling the house. I recommend Emergency AC for your HVAC needs.
