Very responsive company and they are amazing communicators! Every single one of them! Everything was top notch from sales to install and even a service checkup. This company deserves more than 5 stars and a company like this is very difficult to come by now days!!! Very detail oriented and very clean!! I also got a very competitive price! These guys rock and I will definitely use them again. You will not regret using them and I highly recommend them! They even brought me a portable AC in while we waited for our equipment. Thank you John, Marshall, Sam and Will!!!! Please tell your installers to keep up the great work that they do! See photo how they protected everything! Update one month after install: John was my sales person and when I first sat down with him I told him my upstairs never cools in one room and freezes in another. He advised me to update the duct system and add return air vents in every room! It was the best recommended advice I received from any other company. I have to say is in triple digit Temps my home is the most comfortable environment it has ever been in 30 years! My hub and I talk about how comfortable it is frequently so I just wanted to thank John! Just absolutely amazing!!!! The air in the home feels so refreshing too!!!

The old Carrier AC was blowing hot air, again. So I called for several quotes for HVAC installation on Wednesday. John was willing to come around 7:30 pm to give me a good deal on Daikin 3 ton Gas Horizontal 15.2 seer2. He really takes great care of his customers and accommodates the best he could. He has scheduled Oscar and his crew for the installation starting at 9 am on Saturday. (Today) So I don't need to take the day off from work.

Oscar and his crew came early and worked hard. They are easy to work with reliable skillset. They even cleanup afterward. I would strongly recommend Emergency AC of Austin for their quick and reliable services.

Daikin was blowing hot air started on Sunday night. I contacted John on Monday around 9:20 am. Immediately, Byron has been scheduled to come around noon. Luckily, Byron came early to rescue. It turned out was the bad capacitor issue. Byron quickly replaced it. Yeah....Daikin starts working, again!

I could smell cigarette in the house, even though no one was smoking. I called Emergency AC of Austin at around 9:30 am. Immediately, they arrange the technician, Roy Mathews, to come check around 11:00 am. Roy thoroughly checked HVAC unit at the attics and control panel, but didn't find anything was wrong. Since this is a condo, Roy explained that possible my neighbors were smoking. I really appreciated Roy's professionalism! I'm really glad to have Emergency AC of Austin to support any of my HVAC issues! Thanks you!

Irvin was very punctual, professional, informative and friendly!! He figured out the issue in minutes and coached me on maintaining my A/C clean to prevent any issues in the future.

We worked with Irvin at AirFix Mechanics when our client's AC system broke down on a Saturday. He was very responsive and was able to go to the house to assess the situation that same day. The system needed parts replaced and although the parts store was closed that day, Irvin was able to send me an estimate and purchase the parts on Monday. He went in and repaired the system. He was very communicative throughout and professional. I would recommend AirFix!

I couldn't get transparent pricing from them. They want $100 before they would give you approximate price. Hard to communicate with.

We had an issue with our condenser unit and already cleaned + replaced the capacitor. The fan on the condenser did not turn on and we found Irvin / AirFix Mechanical from Facebook. Irvin responded timely and came to inspect the system. The overall problem was quickly diagnosed as a manufacturing defect in the condenser fan.

A temporary fix of manually kicking off the condenser fan worked to get us through the day, and he offered to find a replacement fan. Luckily, the fan was covered under the manufacturer warranty and he offered the benefit to us while charging just for the labor.

After fixing the system and verifying all the parts, Irvin provided detailed maintenance steps and warning signs of potential failures. He answered any to all questions without prejudice or bias with detailed explanations.

Overall, Irvin with AirFix Mechanical provided timely repairs at a reasonable price with honest work. There was no pressure of payment or invoice until all work was complete / we were satisfied. Highly recommend!

AirFix was incredible, came out and diagnosed my problems with both of my systems. Irvin was so helpful through the whole process. Providing the true best recommendation, not just trying to quick fix the issue. Then Morgan was able to help out with getting me financing so I could get both of my units replaced at once, instead of doing just the one. Irvin & Morgan did an excellent job on our commercial space full duct replacement project! We had several companies quote the job and Irvin provided the most detailed plan and quote and even suggested a cost savings option that we did go with. AirFix Mechanical replaced the furnace, rebuilt the furnace housing, replaced the outside A/C unit and attic ductwork at my mom’s house. They also improved the airflow by adding another vent in the living room ceiling. Amazing job, amazing crew!

Irvin was so professional, knowledgeable and patient. I had been without ac for weeks while I tried to deal with my warranty company and the ac contractor they made me use. I was referred to Irvin by a friend who gave glowing reviews. So, I called to get a second opinion. I’m so thankful I did as the other ac company totally misdiagnosed the problem. I would have paid thousands and the problem would still exist. The warranty company weaseled out of paying! Irvin was able to come within a days time and fix my units (3). One was out completely and the other two that I thought had been serviced by yet another ac company, needed minor repairs. That company said they cleaned the lines but didn’t! It is so hard to find an honest person to do the repairs. Irvin is the exception! He and his wife were so kind and explained everything to me and made sure I understood the warranty on the new condenser, as well as set up a maintenance plan so I can rest easy my ac’s will work!!!

I’d like to give Irvin Orosco a big thank you for his great effort on helping My Aunt JL from Austin Texas on getting us a quick quote on the replacement air conditioner which they removed the old and installed the new unit all in one day to accommodate my Aunt and Cousin in this Texas heat. This is a family owned business. No high pressure sales like you get with commercial HVAC businesses. Irvin and Mogan are professional, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and trustworthy. Irvin replaced all of the ductwork in our attic along with some other work. He takes before and after pictures so you know that the work has been completed correctly. He also improved the air flow of our system. If I could give his company a thousand stars I would! He’s the only person I would trust with my HVAC system.
