The guys were great. They cleaned up after themselves and seem to have done a super job. The one who spoke English was personable and spent time explaining the new thermostat.

Emergency AC was prompt, professional, and satisfied my cooling needs. They are also very responsive and have stood by their warranty obligations 100%.

The technicians who installed my unit were very professional, Courteous and extremely polite. They worked in a very efficient manner. I would recommend them to others..

I can’t say enough good things about everyone with this company! Our AC wasn’t cooling the house and being 38 weeks pregnant, it felt like 100 degrees. They came out same morning and figured out it was the breaker super quickly. I am SO grateful to John who sold us the unit, Sam who came out today and the owner who helped it all happen! Can’t recommend them enough!!

Very disappointed. The guy James was trying to coax me to buy a new unit rather than add some gas to the current one. Shouldn't have trusted this company. When they say they can send within a couple of hour rest assured the guy won't fix the problem.

The blower motor on my downstairs AC went out and my system froze up. Emergency AC was very quick to respond and diagnose the problem. Once they determined what the problem was, it was only hours for the tech to get the needed part and install it at a fair price. Amazing service in this 100 plus degree heat! Thank you Sam and the Emergency AC team for your fast service and professionalism. I will definitely use Emergency AC for all my AC needs in the future!

We just got a new AC so I wasn't thrilled when I came home to it not working at 8 pm at night. But I was able to call, speak to someone and they sent over a technician right away. We had AC again before going to bed and I didn't have to take off work the next day to deal with it. I was amazed.

Ty was obviously very experienced because he was so knowledgeable. He was able to find the condensate lines for both units that 3 other technicians couldn’t—and with in 5 minutes! Gotta love this guy!

Lively people...last week they installed a new system upstairs and they did a wonderful job..so when our downstairs unit went out for the 4th time in 3 weeks, we called emergency ac..wow! A reasonable service call fee, and they were kind enough to squeeze me in same day. Sam was able to diagnose the problem. And while he couldn't fix it as the part needs ordered, he assured me they'd get on it first thing in the am.

Andrew was here on time very knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed the issue and took care of things quickly. If I could give 6 stars I would, Andrew came over a day early and took care of our issue based on the information I gave him and we got to sleep a air conditioned home after getting back from a long car trip. Exceptional

Sam and Chris came to my home to install a new HVAC for me. They were on time and very courteous and friendly. They covered my carpet with paper to protect it from their shoes because they were coming in and out of the house. Completed the entire installation in just over 5 hours. They showed me how the new thermostat works. They also made sure to remind me to change the filter every month. Left the work area’s clean and were the perfect men to do this job . I give a ASAA plus to them and a AAA plus to emergency AC. Emergency AC also had the lowest quote out of 4 quotes I received and I had a Carrier system installed. A company with a history of quality equipment. No short cuts. Great price for quality equipment. Highly recommend emergency AC. 100 percent

All I can say is wow! These guys are top notch from start to finish. From John, to Marshall, to Sam and the rest of the crew, every single thing has been way beyond expectations. First class service, honesty, value, and more. They answered all my questions, beat all of the other bids, showed up on time and left my house cleaner than they found it.
