ET has fixed leaking toilets, remodeled plumbing in our master and guest bathrooms, moved drains and installed bathroom sinks, and even added a utility room sink for us. Every time ET and his team were downright fun to be around, helpful, and fairly priced. It’s a relief to know we have our plumber for life in ET. Thanks y’all!

Eric is a wizard. Called for a running toilet and he solved problems I didn't even know I had, which were apparently causing low pressure in both bathrooms. Fast and knowledgeable.

Dealing with Eirc was great but the plumbwe did text tp sau was on way but once arived did not ring/knock to let me know he was there and left at one point for an hour/ There was no communication until my husband got home and he told him he had to go to the store for the hose spicket which we both though was odd since he knew what he needed to do and was gone nearly an hour.

We called them out a few years ago for a big leak at the water main on our house, and just now to check out a suspected leak from our washing machine. Both times, ET was very professional and straightforward. Their pricing is also reasonable. Would recommend!

Eric and his crew are helping me on a bigger project but I also needed gas lines moved and they were more than happy to do that as well. Working with the city of Austin / Texas Gas wasn’t quite as easy and it’s been over a week waiting to get an inspection set up.. all while I’ve been without gas… or hot water! Eric went down to their offices and sat for hours until he got me on the schedule for an inspection that is now happening tomorrow. I can honestly say they have gone above and beyond to take care of me and this situation and I appreciate them! Easy team to work with and I’ll give them my business again for sure!

Great service. Friendly people. Water heater was leaking. Eric was able to come out same day to inspect and diagnose the issue. He explained our options thoroughly. No price gouging, no hidden fees, no gimmicks, just good old fashioned honesty. Next day, Joe and Logan removed our old water heater from second story attic and got our water back on by end of day.
