Always a 5 star experience with Blue Ribbon and we've had them install 2 new units including follow-up regular maintenance. Great company with excellent technicians. Today, Luis went above and beyond. He listened well and addressed all my concerns. He was even relaxed enough to help our anxious pup calm down. Professional, reliable, friendly, and quality work. Thanks!

I can’t say enough good things about Steve from Blue Ribbon Cooling and Heating. We discovered a water leak that could have turned into a much bigger headache, but Steve showed up fast, diagnosed the issue immediately, and had everything fixed with absolute professionalism.

He explained what happened in a way that was easy to understand, walked me through the repair step by step, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable, he was friendly, respectful of our home, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right.

Finding solid, trustworthy service these days isn’t always easy, but Steve set the bar. If you need someone dependable who actually cares about the quality of their work, ask for him. Highly recommend Blue Ribbon — and especially Steve — for any cooling, heating, or leak issues. Great experience from start to finish.

He did well communicating with me since I am deaf and senior citizen . He repeats when I didnt understand. He answer all my questions. I told him I needed to ask one more plumbing company to compare prices. But I was for sure impressed by his professional knowledge. I will decide in couple of days.

    **EDIT**
The GM reached out to me immediately, was kind, understanding, and everything I could hope for in terms of quality customer service and just being a good human being. Thanks Jason. The tech, Jeremiah, was also fantastic, zero complaints. Changing this to 5 stars from 1, because mistakes happen, and it’s how you deal with them that really counts. **

Our water softener died, and we reached out to Blue Ribbon to inquire about getting a new one. A tech came out to assess, and we were sold on the benefits of a more expensive ‘water conditioner’ instead, saying that it provided higher quality water throughout the entire house, rendering the tap water drinkable and touting the health benefits. We were told that while you can have both, it was ‘unnecessary’ and ‘overkill’ and ‘not recommended for the average Joe’.

My husband and I both struggle with eczema and soft water is a must for health reasons. We happily signed up for the pricier ‘conditioner’, signing the estimate and invoice to have our ‘conditioner’ installed. Imagine our surprise after installation to discover that our water so hard that it was eating away at our skin. We called Blue Ribbon after a couple days to see what the issue was.

What we were not told during the sale, was that a conditioner does NOT soften water. ‘It’s meant to be an addition to a softener, not a replacement’, we were told by a manager, his flat lack of empathy obvious in his every word, as he glibly told me that I had signed the estimate so there was nothing he could do. He suggested I didn’t read the estimate, he suggested I be more mindful of reading contracts before signing them, he suggested it was my fault for not knowing, he suggested I should’ve known because it wasn’t called a ‘softener’, he suggested I had forgotten the conversation I had and perhaps my health concerns had slipped my mind, he asked me if I had specifically asked the whether a conditioner softens water (I had not, what a silly and needless question to ask about a product meant to replace a water softener).

He suggested all the while, that it was my fault that I hadn’t properly researched the product I had signed off on, while I had thought that contacting what I believed to be a reputable plumbing company and asking every question I could think of to ask (I know nothing of plumbing, obviously) was the best form of research that I could do.

He then offered his only solution to our $5300 problem, which was to sell us a softener at a slightly reduced cost. That way, instead of being out $5300, we would only be out an additional $4000. He even offered to remove the conditioning system that we would not, in any way, be reimbursed for.

The tech, Jeremiah, was wonderful and knowledge and very helpful. I was, and am, very happy with his level of service. I believe this was simply a misunderstanding/miscommunication.

I have never in my life, been treated so poorly by a manager after what was a simple miscommunication leading to an error.

Where do I start? Avi deserves 10 stars, he serviced a leaking 2nd floor toilet with great efficiency and perfect mannerism. He schooled me on what to watch out for going forward not just with my toilets but with the water heater (tub test), pressure valves and costs, water pressure danger zones and the simple tool I would need to keep track.
He's also a veteran, and that really hit home with me as my daughter, sister, and brother are all active duty and numerous veterans are in my family. Thank you for your service brother.
Me, as a commercial electrician, I could've called one of the plumbers on site to come and "fix" what was going on but i wanted the job done correctly the first time with no run around. Avi delivered flawlessly and blessed me with the knowledge and wisdom that he knew i needed, I greatly appreciate it.
I 100% recommend Blue Ribbon Plumbing and will DEFINITELY call and ask for Avi personally if I ever need any plumbing work done again!

Ezekiel was so respectful! He kept me informed about everything that was going on, showed me the camera where the plumbing issues were, and the cleared areas after. We have some other issues that were quoted and not pushed so that they can be planned. I will definitely call them again and will recommend them to others! Thank you for your professionalism!

Matthew Long with Blue Ribbon was punctual, especially considering I had a leaking hot water heater on New Year's Eve. I was very impressed with how responsive Blue Ribbon was on a hol8day. Matthew provided me with three very different options which took into consideration our hot water needs and price point. He explained everything very succinctly. He is very personable and professional. Based on his info, I moved forward with buying a new tankless heater. Adrian Rocha did the installation. Again, arrived on time, very professional, explained everything clearly, and did a great job. Adrian also put me in touch with someone at the office to answer a couple of questions. I'm very pleased with Blue Ribbon, and their high focus on providing excellent customer service.

Isn’t there a way to give six stars? When I woke up this morning, I had a leaky sink and disposal. I contacted these folks at about 10 am. They had a service cancellation, and were able to get me in today. It is now 4 pm, and I have a beautiful new disposal, sink and faucet. From top to bottom, this company is organized. Dispatchers, text messages, picture-perfect coordination. Best of all, our plumber Matt: he was informative, patient with my dozens of questions, quick with the install (but took the time to do it right), and if I may say so, a sweet soul. Yeah, I paid a little bit more than my local hardware store’s subcontractors would have charged, but they also wanted me to wait a week and didn’t find a way to get to “yes” on my simple requests. I backed out and called Blue Ribbon on a whim. Glad I did. I have my new plumbing team, and Blue Ribbon is it. Thank you Chandler, Kayla and Matt. Superb!!

Adrian N. was wonderful! Very friendly and took extra time to flush out my water line before installing my new faucet (hard water deposits). He was respectful and polite. Plus, my new kitchen faucet works great!

You have just replaced a 63 year old main water line I guess onehundred ft. The water works and works well. The backfill has much to be desired. This has completely changed the topography of my driveway. The amount of large rock left scattered about was careless. You have created a trip hazard for both my wife and myself. When I talked to your young man he did mention rocks and roots but I would thought he would move them out of the walk ways. I also thought the humps and valleys would be raked flat and try to get the contours that had been there before.

The clincher was the neutral steer of the track hoe in my yard. Neutral Steer?

You have invoiced me with a request for payment.
I have tried to call you but all I got was that AI operator who told me it would notify a human. Six and a half hours later…?

This review is a long time coming. I have had Blue Ribbon do installs/maintenance/repairs for me several times over the last year and they have been fantastic to work with.

To start off, I had a water heater go out while a guest was staying at the house. They came out and fixed its SUPER fast and helped clue me in along the way of what was going on. There was a secondary issue that was found out after the repair, they came back and fixed that one quickly as well.

Had a couple more items throughout the year they have helped out on. Friendly, fast, and thorough work. Would recommend!

Now for the shout outs to the guys who have helped me out,
Thanks to Steve, Ethan, Adrian, and Jae-Don for all the hard work. Appreciate it fellas!!!
