Steve was a great and very experienced plumber. He initially came for a smelly water heater and ran a variety of testing to narrow down the issue systematically. After testing completed he suggested the best course of action and completed the task. Very Professional. I will be going with blue ribbon for any further work needed.

Chris communicated his ETA prior to his arrival and was very prompt and professional. He was thorough in his troubleshooting and addressed our concerns about potential plumbing leaks. After my wife and I contact City of Kyle regarding an exorbitant water bill we could very well end up using Blue Ribbon’s services. I would recommend Blue Ribbon and Chris for any issues with plumbing.

I needed the plumber to check for propane leaks where the propane line connects to the water heater and fought with my service provider to get their technician out at the same time because Blue Ribbon said that was the only way they could do it. Still there was no mention of checking stated on the invoice or the follow up message. Just quotes for more service I didn't request and water heater replacement. Seems like y'all just got excited to see a chance to make more money getting me to replace the unit and completely neglected/overlooked checking what I asked for. I am not inclined to request another service.

My company had an issue with our urinal in the men's restroom. I immediately called ARS Plumbing. They came, looked at the urinal, and said they didn't have the part to fix it but would turn off the water line, telling me to call on Monday. I called and couldn't get anyone out; they said someone would call me. I called Monday! Now it's Friday, five days later. I called Blue Ribbon, and they came within two hours. The technician mentioned their vans are always stocked with parts for common issues. The technician, Mat was professional, courteous, and gave me insight into what happened, how it was resolved, and even recommended a cleaning product. Thanks, Mat!

Raymond came in on time and was very concerned of the issue we are experiencing. Exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, the issue we are experiencing is going to take some time but I was reassured the problem is/will be handled with a resolution. Glad to have met him. Highly recommended!

After the company asking me to reschedule because several technicians were out, the company was able to send someone the same day, even though my maintenance needs weren’t urgent. Blue Ribbon Cooling and Heating is a 5 Star company! They have the most polite, professional and knowledgeable people as part of their company. They do what they say they will do, and I can't thank them enough for that. I must mention Ron he promised to get us taken care of as quickly as possible and he did. He was the best from the beginning to the end of helping us choose a new unit to the installation. I am so grateful to him for answering all our questions and explaining everything to help us make a good decision. And the installation team Manny and Bryan. Manny is very good at his job and he and Bryan worked very well together for us. The first thing they did was to lay tarps from the old unit to the garage ( to make sure they tracked as little dirt as possible). And they cleaned up so well when they were done you wouldn't know how messy it was before! And I LOVE my new thermostat it is so easy to use. Manny helped me to program it to my phone and explained the many little details on how to use it efficiently. Blue Ribbon aka Doug's plumbing was a life saver! After having a bad experience with another plumbing company we called them. Their staff were friendly, courteous, arrived when they said they would. We were very pleased with the work they did. I definitely recommend giving them a call.

Brandon was very polite and professional. He explained the plumbing issues I have and how to best resolve them. Brandon was able to simplify everything so I could understand the remedy to my plumbing problem.

Stephen Caci was amazing! We did not have a good experience with our prior plumber but Stephen came in and made it right. He went above and beyond to ensure the best outcome of our situation. He is honest and shoots straight. He spent almost the entire day at my home and made sure we had a working restroom for my children before he left late on a Friday evening. Thank you Stephen for everything! Highly recommend!!

Plumber sent out was very honest and seem to know what he was doing !!but to set up the appointment to call center misrepresented services for the in their words free inspection and such The plumber was great The call center sucked!!!!!!! Again the technician was wonderful, I had explained that it would be iron pipe and to inspect they'd have to get in the crawl space under my hundred-year-old house and he had to call in to find out what to charge would be for him to do that again as said I'd explained and was assured that it was part of the free part of the service inspection¡!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys are awesome! I called originally for a plumber, easy to schedule, but ended up actually needing an electrician (long story but our grinder pump wasn't working) Their plumber reached out to their electrician and he was there same day. Both guys fully explained the issues and possible solutions, offered fair and transparent pricing, and fully rectified all my issues! They didn't try to charge me for each service call. I needed up paying for only the call that solved my issue and the technician couldn't have been more professional, knowledgeable and so nice to have in our home. Have already made another app to troubleshoot an issue we have been battling for years. I finally found someone with a plan to assess it that makes sense and doesn't scare me lol

Since my first review we have had someone come out 2 more consecutive days. The first review was from Thursday. Ethan came out Friday to install our new water softener. He was so efficient and knowledgeable!
On Monday, Alex came out to fix the final complete clog that the ruptured original water softener caused. He was able to remove a few cups of the yellow sandlike substance that had caused all the trouble and ultimately blocked the farthest toilet! It didn’t take him long at all!
I have already told others about Blue Ribbon and will continue to do so! Thank you again for being such a stand up company!!

Steve went above and beyond for us!!
We woke up to no water at all! After our city water supplier came out to let us know it was something on our side, we called Blue Ribbon.
Steve was here in under an hour and stayed all day! The problem was our water softener but it was worse than just a dead unit…a part inside the softener had split during the night recharge cycle and it spewed debris throughout our plumbing!!
Steve ordered and scheduled a new water softener to be installed the next day! But he wasn’t done….
He worked for hours to clean out all of our showers and toilets and sink faucets!!!
Steve did not give up!
At 6 pm, after spending extra time trying to clear one toilet, he said he needed a tool that he didn’t have on his van. I honestly think he felt bad leaving us, but we were so grateful!! We had other toilets and waiting a day or two wasn’t going to bother us at all!
He kept both my husband and me fully informed throughout the day…. I’ve never had any repair person be that thoughtful! He was incredibly respectful of us and our home as he worked inside and outside!
We will only be using Blue Ribbon plumbing from this point on!

Blue Ribbon crew, Jaedon and his partner were great! They explained what they think is wrong with our kitchen sink and what possible approaches they may have to take and what are the price options. We would definitely use this company again, they were very professional.

I had water not draining in one of my bathrooms. Called Blue Ribbon. They sent someone out same day! Stunned by how fast. Chris Pelayo came out and he was incredible. Went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong, even when it took longer and more effort than expected. Very fair on pricing. I will be calling Blue Ribbon for any future plumbing needs. Chris really was a total rockstar.
