James was absolutely fantastic, if i could give him a 10 I would, definitely took the time and went above and beyond to make sure that he was checking everything he could to make our experience every day better. We had issues with the airflow from our unit but when he arrived (of course it started working fine). So he took the time to check the overall health of the unit and noticed that even though there was air flow it was not as cold as it should have been. So instead of wrapping up the day as no issues on arrival he took the time to make sure the whole unit was working the way it should. Now we are happy our AC unit is functionally efficient and blowing cold air again. Thank you so much James!!

Once again Allstate Plumbing delivers with outstanding service!!! Took care of me right away on a Saturday - our technician, J. Shaw showed up first thing in the morning and diagnosed the problem and got everything taken care. James was awesome! Super personable and great to chat with making the whole interaction super pleasurable! Thank you James and Allstate!!

Allstate Plumbing is one company i will recommend. From the office staff that set my appointment to the plumber (Chase) who came on the time frame they set the appointment at. Chase was very attentive and understood what we wanted. He also made suggestions and was able to give us options, he defines what customers service is. Also the staff in the office very pleasant and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend this company.

I've used Allstate Plumbing for about 12 years at 3 different houses. The home inspector found several plumbing issues with a house I recently purchased. Dion Kester assessed the problems listed and helped me prioritize which ones needed to be fixed first and which ones could be delayed. He completed the work as scheduled, explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. The work was done on time and the work site was left clean. Allstate has consistently provided quality service and I recommend them.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Tommie from AllState. He quickly and efficiently helped one of my communities restore their water pressure. I truly appreciate his support and responsiveness.

My water heater which I purchased new and upgraded on 12/28/2020 for $1450.00 stopped working on 2/15/2025. My Rheem paperwork shows I have a 6 year warranty on parts and labor. I called Rheem and they overnighted the parts at no cost. They said to contact a local Rheem Plumber to replace the part. I located the nearest Plumber, ALLSTATE PLUMBING, 17 minutes away. They came out on 2/25/25 at 8:45. Two men. I opened my attic door for them to try and start the gas starter which they were unable to do. I had the replacement part ready to install. They quoted me $1200.00 which I absolutely refused. The unit brand new was $1450.00 and under warranty. The 2 guy’s stood around and waited while waiting for a response back from the boss, John. After 15 minutes they came back with a price of $899.00. I am work from home and my login time is 9:30 so I had no choice but to pay the payment. I called back afterwards and spoke to John to dispute the charge. John said the charge of $899.00 was travel time, labor, time at the location and cannot be refunded. Please help with my refund. I sent a bad review to the BBB.

A leaky toilet can quickly become a nuisance. When we attempted to repair it ourselves, we soon realized we needed an expert. We reached out to a family-owned business here in Round Rock, and with their positive reviews, we felt confident they were the best company to call.

From the moment we called, the office staff was polite and efficient, scheduling an appointment for the next day. We received a text message to inform us when they were on the way. When Marco arrived, he was professional, kind, and swiftly diagnosed the issue. The pricing was fair and transparent. He completed the repair quickly, and our office was quiet again.

I wish we had called sooner—I can't imagine how much we wasted on our water bill with a leaky toilet.

Robert Shaw with Allstate Plumbing was incredibly personable, helpful, and sympathetic to the problems I was having in the house. He was able to quickly fix the issue I had originally called about and also provided some recommendations to other issues I was having. Very thankful to have Robert and Allstate Plumbing at the dial if anything goes wrong in the future!

Came home from a trip to find water overflowing from an upstairs bathroom sink down into the closet below! 😱. Got the AllState recommendation from a neighbor. They were at the house se the next day, accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed the blockage. Mike was friendly, clean, and professional, and he tolerated all of my 75year old father’s questions while getting the work done! We had plumbers out before to clear the problem pipe - but Mike ran the auger deeper into the line and cleared out hair that must have been there over 8years when the previous owners had daughters with long hair! Meaning - the previous plumbers likely weren’t as thorough. We will call AllState as our “go to” source now.

Every one in the office and in the field are amazing. Very polite and courteous. Always happy to help no matter what time of day it is. Highly recommend!

All-State Plumbing was exceptional, Marco G. was professional and explained everything. I felt a ease with his assessment and the knowledge he offered. I was given a 6 years warranty and 6 months on the labor provided. Yes, All-state Plumbing offers financing.

Terrific work done by Alexander today; he was on time and very professional. I had an exterior faucet from 1992 that needed complete replacement. He told me about the process and the cost, and reasons for what needed to be done and why. Definitely calling Allstate in the future, hope it will be Alexander again.

I was at an Airbnb when I visited from California and Tyrone helped me with a plumbing issue. My host would not take care of it and I really needed my toilet to work or else I couldn’t go to the restroom and Tyrone came to the rescue. He’s amazing. Tyrone with Allstate is my go to plumber. Honest, kind, and man does that man have work ethic! I had a water bill jump 2x the normal amount. Tyrone found the leak which was under a huge tree root and I watched him hack at the root with an axe to do the repair. Appreciate the hard work and fair price. Will definitely use them again.
