Very bad service with a man at the counter gave me faults information and very rude I work for a top name brand company in town and Will recommend none of are guys go back here again did catch the mans name but he was African American late 50s also had a Falmouth and was talking bets at counter instead of giving proper service

Worst place ever rude and they like to hang up on you when you’re talking to them!

Was told by a plumber to go to Texas Plumbing Supply to get fittings to run a water line from my well house to the house because I could save money if I did it myself. Specifically told the sales person I was running a water line. When I got the fittings I questioned them and was told "those are what I need". Now that I have installed 1000 ft of water line and had a joint blow out, I find out that they sold me low pressure fittings. The Manager Mark's response to me is that "I should have known that their salesperson gave me the wrong joints", even though I specifically told him I was running a water line and questioned them when I picked them up and was told that they would work. Bottom line....they don't stand up to their mistakes, and now I am out double what I paid for the material to have someone fix it.

Our Driver arrived at 14:30 the afternoon prior to his scheduled delivery and the Receiver refused to unload the freight until his appointed time of 08:00 the following morning. It was 13 small pallets, 12' of floor space. Probably the more frustrating part of it was that the receiving area was open at the time, they were not jammed up with other inbound or outbound trucks. A person leaves out from 1,000 miles away early, trying to stay ahead of schedule, arrive ahead of schedule, and is detained on account of a "scheduled appointment" for a 12' partial load.

The staff is great and more than that friends always a good vibe and they get you on your way fast Shout out to Mike, Blake ,Emilio at the front desk and Carlos in outside sales class act I highly recommend!!

My fresh waterline was damaged will repairing a broken sewer pipe. When I arrived at Texas Plumbing Supply with a piece of the damaged waterline. Carlos and Mike immediately identify the waterline as Kitec ( no longer in production). Carlos and Mike help me tremendously with the correct fittings to complete the repairs. Top Notch company.

This is my favorite supply house, As a licensed plumber I go here as often as I can. They always have everything I need, ontop of that the customer service I've been provided with is the best anyone could experience. Excellent team, excellent products, excellent prices.

The team at Texas Plumbing Supply is the best. Especially Russ and Ryan! I was having the hardest time finding a certain part and was getting the run around from other supply stores. I stopped by Texas Plumbing Supply thinking I would get the same thing but Russ and Ryan really took the time to answer my questions and helped me get exactly what I needed. Best experience! Called to ask about a specialty fitting regarding HDPE To PVC Transitioning, and the very second I mentioned I did not have an account the person on the phone completely changed his demeanor, Cut me off every sentence, and HUNG UP on me😂 I’m only posting this to let yall know you needa fire bro. I contacted this company on a Sunday morning with a leak emergency (damage to wood floors/carpet) from our shower. A tech named Chase showed up within the hour. Chase provided an estimate for repairs (next day completion), and took photographs that will be needed for our homeowners insurance for the floor damage. He was very thorough and professional as well as the person who dispatched him to my residence. They will definitely receive my business going forward.

Marco was at my house two days in a row working on a complex leak that has displaced my daughter from her room and turned into a chaotic mess. He was kind, patient, explained throughly what was happening and was kind enough to discuss my schedule with me before planning further repairs. Highly recommend!

I called Allstate Plumbing when I saw water in my garage and in my spare bedroom that adjoins the garage. I thought it was my water conditioner and I called them. They directed me to put the water conditioner into bypass and they would be out in the next couple of days to fix it. The next day the water was still coming and so I called Allstate. They said they could get someone there at 3:00 that afternoon. I got a call from the Allstate plumber around 2:00 and he was there at 2:05. I showed him the problem and he said that he could hear the water behind the wall as soon as he got there. He was very efficient and professional and proceeded to dive right in to fix the problem. He had to cut access in the garage wall to get to the leak. It was a leak on the copper elbow. He then rebuilt and resealed the copper water supply Very quick and efficiently. The plumber was very friendly and explained the entire process when I asked. Very pleased with everyone I talked to and the job that was done.

Marco was super helpful. He gave us great recommendations and best practices for some upgrades we may need as new home buyers of a home built from the 70s. He was thorough and kept me informed when he had questions and needed answers for him to continue. Would highly recommend this team. Fast svs call, fast communication with the office and fast repair.

Called 8pm Wednesday night, svs call Wed afternoon, water heater replaced 10am Friday morning. 100% would reach out again to this team.
