Im so happy with this Pumbing Company. They came out for an emergency gas leak and explained everything thoroughly and professionally. Dennis ensured that all my questions were answered and that I understood the procedures.

Professional and friendly technicians. Priced reasonably. Communication overall could improve in scheduling as I had to make multiple followup and arrival time slot was not honored and they arrived past the scheduled time slot.

Alex and Celso came out to install a new toilet. We also woke up at 2 am to a crises of ALL our toilets being clogged. They quickly came out first thing and fixed us up pronto!! It feels weird to say that I'm ecstatic about a visit from a plumber, but it's true. Our garage had settled, so we did some foundation repair work not long ago. We brought out some plumbers to check for slab leaks afterwards. The performed hydrostatic testing and determined that there was a leak in the main line coming into the house, and quoted us over $12,000 (in addition to $2,000 for the initial diagnosis) to trench the yard and run a new line to the side of the house, drilling through the masonry to feed it into the garage by the water softener.

We called Austin Area Plumbing for a second opinion, and they sent Blake Byrd. Over the course of a day, he verified that we had a leak in our main line, tested our sewer lines (which were fine, but which the original plumbers hadn't tested), located a leak in the yard (not in the slab), and fixed it. They charged us under $1,400 total - for the testing and the repair. I felt like I was robbing them, paying so little. We are very happy with the serivce we received, and we will absolutely call Austin Area Plumbing the next time we need plumbing help.

Alex came by promptly to fix our broken water hose spigot that was leaking water continuously and fixed it in no time at all. Even went as far as to ensure our water pressure all around was good and that there weren’t any other underlying issues. 10/10 would recommend 😁

I contacted Austin Area Plumbing after we encountered an issue with water exiting the house. Dennis was quick to respond, easy to communicate with and diagnosed the problem with in 10 minutes. He was able to show us the broken pipe on a bore scope and located the break with another tool to confirm the spot. Once the issue was found, he provided a quote and a time line for when he could make the repair. The next morning Dennis came out and fixed the broken pipe and made a few other checks around the house and recommendations.

On a Sunday afternoon when we were having a deep freeze James came to my house within 30 minutes. I was in a panic not knowing what was happening with my pipes. I have some outdoor plumbing lines that seem to break every time it freezes -despite being insulated. Multiple handyman have repaired them, and assured me “they wouldn’t break again”, but last night at 11:30 pm. I was once again digging around in the ice to reach the shut off valve to my house. I called today at 1 pm and Dennis came out as promised at 3. He got my leak plugged and suggested some things we can do to avoid a repeat! He was helpful, listened, sympathetic and I feel like I have a plan that will work! Thanks Hudson’s and Dennis!!

We had a great experience with Austin Area Plumbing Company. The plumber that came out was Dennis and he had to come out 2 days in a row. First to fix the clogged toilet and the seal, then to fix the pipe that had a hole in it. The problem happened on Thanksgiving day!! He had to dig up the area to repair a pipe with the hole in it, and he did an amazing job. The repair was done quickly and professionally, and he cleaned everything up so well you would never even know the area had been dug up. Highly recommend their work!
