Update 01 2026 - If I could give this amazing family owned business 6 stars, I absolutely would. My tankless water heater died during the ice storm and Amy actually answered the phone on a Sunday ❤️. Lorenzo was able to come out that Tuesday and by Wednesday afternoon I had a new water heater. The absolute unit of a plumbing business in Round Rock. Thank you, Spot-On!!

Update 01.07.2025 - Still the only local plumber you ever need in Round Rock. My garbage disposal died over the weekend and Spot-On saved the day and saved me money. Cannot say enough about this place.

OMG YASSSSS!!! A legit family owned, local, trustworthy, and affordable plumbing business!! First time homeowner and had a washing machine drain line backup and gave me a small flood. Amy and Scott were great and took the time to listen to me. Their on-site guys Nick and Ryan were professional, polite, friendly, and educated me on what they're plan was and they worked efficiently and with exacting details. These guys even recommend a drywall contractor to boot!! Amazing job and highly recommend!!

Scott responded to our hot water leak on Saturday in less than an hour. He quickly removed and replaced the flexible water line.
He showed us some additional things that can be repaired in the near future.
We plan to use Spot-on again.

Had the pleasure of having Nick out to fix the disposal and our water heater. Nick was very thorough and explained everything in a way that I could understand. After the part for the water heater was ordered, during the replacement visit, Nick also installed a new kitchen faucet. I highly recommend Spot On Plumbing for the excellent customer service from the time I placed the call to set up the appointment to the completion of all three jobs. Everyone I have dealt with on the phone and Matt who came over to service our water heater were all great. I appreciated their communication so I knew exactly when to expect them. Matt was so nice. He noticed our new water softener that was installed by someone else could use some insulation to help prevent it from freezing. This is somethign that I didn't notice and and I think he might have spared us from a pipe bursting disaster. So refreshing dealing with people that treat you right and get the job done.

We needed a couple of gas leaks repaired. Nate & Elijah were able to show up within an hour, repair the leaks by replacing pipes and valves, and get our gas turned back on safely! Great work, and super responsive!

Awesome service from Nick with Spot-On Plumbing. Kept me updated on arrival time and promptly started work clearing my drain. As suspected I had roots in our pipe and Nick was able to confirm he cleared everything by sending a camera down to be sure, which was included in the price. He gave me several options to deal with it both short and long term without pushing any single option. I will definitely use them going forward for our plumbing needs.

Came and look at my water heater same day. Great communication and very knowledgeable plumbers. They even stayed into the night to finish the job the same day so we had hot water. Very highly recommend.

Duh... I had been skeptical of the numerous 5-star ratings. I selected this firm because it seemed nearby --- but was not intending to provide a good review. WELL !!! - they corrected my leaky underground water-line --- smoothly and quickly --- with less expense than most other estimates. YES - they deserve my 5-star rating! BTW - I was impressed by the conduct and communication of the 2-man team that resolved my problem.

Our kitchen faucet became loose, and we tried to fix it, but the shank broke. This was late on a Friday afternoon so of course we couldn't get a plumber who would come right away - the soonest was Monday! Since I couldn't use my faucet, we needed someone ASAP. I got 3 recommendations for Spot-On from the Georgetown FB group I belong to - and asked for help from. I spoke with Alexis, who was very kind and helpful and although it was already too late for Friday, she was able to set up the service for early Saturday morning. Nick and Barrett gave me a heads up before coming out, as I had requested. They put on the booties - without me asking - and were very courteous, and CLEAN! I hate when people leave messes behind them when working in our home, and I have to say - these guys did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves! We had bought a new faucet just in case, and as we thought - it was needed. Nick originally estimated over an hour, but they were done within a half hour or so! Excellent work, and would fully recommend! And we have a lovely new faucet!
Updated 10/2025: Used Spot-On again for an issue with a bathroom sink clog. Lorenzo was wonderful - turns out the condensate line from the AC goes into that sink and was very clogged up! Didn't take him long, and he was super clean! Still highly recommend!

Lorenzo from Spot-On-Plumbing arrived at the prescribed time to perform a descaling of my Navien Tankless Water Heater. Did a great job in a timely manner and answered all my questions.

Came out to perform a descaling of my Navien Tankless Water Heater. Did a great job in a timely manner and answered all my questions and addressed other concerns I had about some other plumbing questions.

Arrived on time.

January 6, 2024:

Had a residential water main break emergency at a rental property I own. Spot-On (Scott) was able to adjust his schedule to be able to get out to the house that same day and start repairing the break.

Also, requested him to replace a several years old water heater at the same time, which he was able to accomplish my request in a timely manner.

I also had him replace a leaking water heater at my house last January 2023 with a Navien Tankless Water Heater. He did an excellent job at routing a new larger diameter natural gas line into the attic for the Navien's gas supply and installing the tankless water heater. He also installed and set up a NaviLink Wi-Fi control module, that allows me to control the water heater settings with my phone, so that I do not have to go into the attic to change settings.

I would recommend him for your plumbing needs.

January 22, 2024:

Spot-On Plumbing (Nate) came out and performed a backflush on my Navien tankless water heater today. Did an excellent job and the water heater works great. :-)
