Fantastic! Alex came out right at scheduled time, talked me through everything he was doing, was very respectful and knowledgeable, fixed all my problems, did not overcharge me or add anything extra, and was in and out in an hour and a half. I highly recommend this company! What a breath of fresh air having someone honest and kind. Also, the dispatch was great about keeping me updated and checking in with me, they even offered me an earlier time if I wanted it.

Roto Rooter responded quickly and Alexis fixed the issue even though it was not his primary job. He went over and above. Second time Roto Rooter has helped us in a pinch. Highly recommend.

Alex came through late Friday evening after a bit of a nightmare backup. He was great! Friendly, informative, and on it. Cleared the clog in just a few minutes. Would recommend to others

It was a wonderful experience. It was so nice being able to make the appointment the night before online and then using the app I could follow when the repair man was on his way.

I made an appointment for the next day, no problem. Great communication - I received multiple texts ahead of delay and even a phone call from a human to confirm I was still available at the later time. The technician, Alexis, was professional, knowledgeable, patiently explained things to me in layman’s terms, and had actually read in advance my notes about the problem (which seldom happens even at the doctor’s office). Alexis made a quick diagnosis and recommended next steps. Terrific experience, will call them again.

This is reviewing my experience with my tech, Alexis. Awesome! Problem fixed fast! He talked me through everything he was doing and what the charge (or no charge if not fixed) would be. Honestly, I think I'll ask for him if I have another after hours call (it was late Friday night)

Justin was so informative as to what he was doing. When ever I ask him a question he gave me the answer. He knew his job and also I liked talking with him. Very professional, a very nice man. Couldn’t have asked for a better Technician.

Scheduling was a great experience with someone dropping by on a sunday for a non-emergency work. Plumber was on time and got the work done quick and gave multiple opportunities to ask questions. Work was done to perfection. Cost was a higher than expected for the amount of work done.

Jesus came to fix our slab leak. He was very kind, patient, and explained everything he was doing along the way. Definitely will use Jesus again and refer him to others.

Justin did his job very good and fast enough. At the same time he was very kind to explain me all the things what he did and why, and provided guidance how to maintain my drains to prevent similar issues.

Called them come out to and check out our house that we are selling and the inspector listed the drainage as slow and having some clogging in the pipes. They were quick to respond and get us an appointment!

They called and said our technician would be early which was no problem! I went to the property and he got there exactly when they told me. He ran diagnostics and said everything looked fined. He recommended I get a camera man out to check the pipes to give the house a clean bill of health or let us know if we needed to fix anything. Before leaving he said the camera man was in the area and should be there soon and this was at 10am.

At 10:15am they called saying the camera guy would be there in 45 minutes.

At 11:30am I called them asking if he was on the way and they said yes.

At 1:30pm I called and asked again and they said no he had come by that morning and another plumber was there (true I had someone there fixing the water heater apparently stuffs breaks when a house is empty for 10 months and that is under home warranty so I had to use a different company) so he just left without even knocking or calling. The dispatcher said he’s at another job but he will come right after.

At 4:05 pm I called again. He says he came by and no one was there. I had been waiting in an empty home since 10:15am. I haven’t left for breakfast or lunch so I wouldn’t miss him. I was definitely there. They have my phone number and nobody called.

The scheduling and first part of the appointment was great. Grant, the first technician, was fantastic. But after that I was forgotten for nearly 6 hours. I’m sad to say the least.

I have been plagued with plumbing problems that has been addressed more than once by other companies. However, Darrell and Alexis explained every facet of why this problem kept reoccurring. Showing me their process made their expertise clear. With their guidance, not only do I finally feel like I will be able to keep this issue in check, I now have the means to check the health of my home with the assistance of my fiancé. Excellent experience. Thank you guys!

Jose and Jesus were able to hunt down a small leak in our yard from our main water line. It was tough to hear on their equipment since it was slow and at a coupling, but they stuck with it and got it done. They also kept me in the loop through the whole process.

I hate having to pay for these kinds of repairs, but they were nice guys so made it a little less painful!
