I had a water heater issue with an expected replacement. S&D booked my appointment and they were able to come out the same day. After the initial assessment, I was given different options for the replacement along with honest and practical answers for all of my questions.

Jorge and Ryan were exceptional. I really can’t say enough great things about those guys. They were so nice and professional, explained all the bits and pieces of what was being done, laughed at my jokes, and made the overall experience much less stressful than most major repairs tend to be.

I chose this company because of other reviews and agree that they really do a fantastic job with making sure their customers are taken care of. Highly recommended.

We needed our garbage disposal replaced. I called S and D Plumbing because they have great reviews. The receptionist was very helpful. She would have sent someone out the next day, but we needed to postpone it for a week.
She scheduled NICK SALAZAR to come out first thing Tuesday morning. NICK was extremely kind and so respectful of our home. He put on shoe covers before he entered! He gave us an estimate before even beginning the job. He showed us what the problem was with our old disposal. It was 14 years old so it definitely needed to be replaced. NICK installed the new disposal and did a great job. He cleaned up after himself and then explained exactly what he did. He was amazing!
We would HIGHLY recommend this company for any and all of your plumbing needs. A+ rating from us!!

I contacted S&D about a commode not working and thought they’d put me on their schedule for a week out. To my surprise they were able to come out same day. Esteban was the technician who arrived and immediately got to work diagnosing the problem. He communicated effectively, had everything he needed on-site to do the work. Once complete he had me check the work to confirm I was happy with the repairs. Before leaving he checked a few other plumbing items as a courtesy. I Highly recommend S&D for all your plumbing needs.

S&D Plumbing, great company and great service. I woke up this morning to a cracked toilet tank and water all over the floor. Called S&D Plumbing to schedule someone out to repair my problem. I was fortunate to get someone out this morning. Had the pleasure of meeting Travis. Great guy. He was friendly, knowledgeable and managed to replace my toilet within a few hours. Beginning with the staff who answer chats and phones my experience was outstanding. Ryan was my technician, he and Kristin and Loren (not sure of the spelling) kept me informed as to when Ryan would arrive. He arrived on time, kept me informed throughout the process, let me know the issue and pricing up front. He then addressed the issue and double checked the fix once addressed. Hello! A few weeks ago I was having issues with my disposal and called S&D Plumbing for help. They were able to come out the very next day, which was a pleasant surprise. I received prior notification about the technician that would be arriving, which I was so appreciative of. Aurelio Lopez arrived on time and was the true epitome of customer service. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a number of options for resolution. He quickly executed the installation of a new disposal and I’ve had no issues since. It was a true pleasure talking to him and I will happily refer S&D Plumbing to my friends and family. Thank you so much!

These guys are awesome! Perfect customer service and communication from scheduling to finish. I have had low water pressure for months and only warm water in a shower. S&D plumber was quick to solve both problems. Replaced a bad regulator by the street and replaced a part in the shower handle. Having purchased the S&D VIP maintenance program in an earlier service, the plumber also did a whole house plumbing inspection which included flushing my hot water heater. S&D plumbing knows their stuff! I'm a happy customer, singing in a hot shower!

Jason, Nick, Carson and Mark at S & D Plumbing were awesome to work with. The communication and hard work was amazing from start to finish. I had them come out to my property and diagnose a draining and fluctuating temp issue. Their inspection was super clear and thorough so I could make a decision on how I wanted them to move forward with the repairs. I chose to have them switch out a hot water heater and clean some drain lines. The work is top notch. I liked how they kept me informed with pictures of the process. The work-site was always clean and tidy and the walk-through showing the job was complete was thorough and gave me peace of mind. I will use S & D Plumbing in the future. S&D was able to get me scheduled quickly and resolve the issues we were having with our home water pressure.
Our technician, Nicholas, was prompt, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the repairs, the options as well as other service that S&D could provide for us as homeowners. He did excellent work, restored our yard where it had to be dug up and overall left us very satisfied with the job done.

I am happy to write a review for this plumbing company and specifically for the plumbers Nick and Esteban who recently installed a new water heater in our home after the old one failed.

First of all, I want to say that the service provided by S&D was outstanding. From the initial phone call to the completion of the installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The person who took my call was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to schedule an appointment for the same day.

When Nick and Esteban arrived, they were both very personable and professional. They quickly assessed the situation and explained to me what needed to be done. They were able to install the new water heater in a very short amount of time, and they did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves.

Throughout the process, Nick and Esteban were courteous and friendly. They took the time to answer my questions and explain everything that they were doing. It was clear that they were experienced and skilled plumbers who knew their job well.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by S&D Plumbing and specifically with Nick and Esteban. They provided quick and efficient service, and they were both friendly and personable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Called S&D this afternoon for a repair to my irrigation system. Communication to make appointment thru arrival was excellent. Polite and professional, up front about service call fee's.

Techs (Blaine and Ryan) arrived on time and were great. They were assessed the issue and provided me a reasonable quote. They had the repair done within in an hour.

Great company all around. Will use them in the future.

Beyond Wow Plumbing exceeded my expectations when my old water heater failed. They provided a prompt quote, scheduled / completed the installation within the week, of a water filtration system and upgrading my old tank to tankless. Their commitment to quality and customer service is unmatched.

I originally used S&D Plumbing (who were great), which was acquired by Beyond Wow and are now quite possibly the worst plumbers I have ever experience.

They installed a Navian tankless water heater. Upon initial installation, the condensate line was connected incorrectly, and the drain pan wasn't sealed. As a result, it leaked all over the attic.

During the post installation electrical cleanup, we realized the gas line was loose and they had to come redo the gas connections.

Next, it took 4 months to coordinate the inspection, which failed because they used the incorrect size pipe on the drain line and didn't connect the exhaust correctly.

At the end, they admitted the installation was performed by technicians who hadn't completed their Navian training yet.

It took 5 months, many emails and many phone calls to get a simple water heater installed and inspected.

They don't follow-up, don't return calls and perform poor work with untrained technicians.

I'll be filing a complaint with Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners and the BBB.

We got all our toilets replaced and we had great service from Andrew! One of the toilets (a Kohler, fresh from the box from Home Depot) had a faulty valve thingy that made the water keep filling the tank nonstop. I was worried we’d have to stop the service or return the toilet but Andrew called his supervisor and they fixed it no charge! Fantastic! (I called Kohler and got a replacement piece for the future 😑).

Beyond Wow did amazing! I will add that they have a membership, which we were upsold on prior to service. We did move forward with it though because it actually saved us money on this project and another piece we needed (outside spigot replaced). So all in all, great service, great company, I highly recommend!

I have an old water heater and I’m not sure if it should be flushed or replaced. The technician Zen Gonzales came and shared his honest and professional opinions. He was patient and answered all my questions. He provided the estimate of replacing the water heater but he didn’t push me to make decisions which I highly appreciate. I would love to work with Zen in the future again.

Claims to give exceptional service but refuses to give a ballpark estimate over the phone to replace a water heater. They want to lock you in by charging you to visit your house to give an estimate.

I’m very impressed! We had a clogged kitchen sink and Zen showed up to help less than 2 hours from the time we called. Then Jason arrived, and they fixed everything quickly and even showed video proof of the pipes before and after the service. Wow! I called 3 plumbers before I found WOW on line, and the next time I need someone, you better believe they’ll be the first place I call.

Had to call out Beyond and they got here the day after I called. The fill valve on my toilet broke. (Not sure how but it did) Also had an issue with no water coming into the tank after flushing. They came out and replaced the fill valve. 2 days later, same issue. Called Beyond and they (Lisa) were able to hook me up for later on that afternoon and they got it fixed. Good customer service with call backs and letting you know how long it would be and a shout out to Bobby for coming out and fixing the issue. Good guys!!

They came and failed to unclog my toilet and charged me $275 for not fixing the issue… very horrible experience. It cost me $275 for them to just show up and leave without fixing the issue
