Steven and Jason replaced a failed PRV and water main shutoff. They were efficient, thorough, and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Update: I had a really mysterious problem today. Charles and Matthew came out, solved it, and didn't even charge me because there were no parts of labor necessary. You can't best these guys.

Great service, honest, they are not part of some big organization and don't get kickbacks from particular brands so they do t try and push product on you, they do what you ask and let you know if there are any other problems. They always clear additional work with you BEFORE continuing.

This company (Berry) will send out an Apprentice plumber which is not a licensed plumber i.e. someone that has not taking a state test with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners that pose as an actual licensed plumber. They will charge their customer for a licensed plumber’s hourly rate even though they are not actually licensed plumbers! Please ask to see the person that comes to your home for their license. The person has to show you it if you ask for their state license. If it’s a red card do not let that person do anything in your home. Anyone can pay a yearly fee and get a red apprentice card from the state board even if they are not doing any plumbing at all. The license must be blue(Journeyman) or green (Tradesman) to actually do plumbing.

I felt like everything was explained to me clearly and in terms that I could appreciate to understand what my plumbing issue was caused by. They were able to fix my sink and water heater quickly and efficiently.

I took off of work so that I could be home for my 9am appointment and they no called no showed! I called 30 minutes after my appointment time and they said they might have someone that can come in an hour. Completely unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Excellent service. Everytime I call, they let me know when the technician is coming. Before he arrives he calls. They do an excellent job, clean up and the overall behavior is professional, respectful and fast, all the time.

Billed $400 for them to fix the issue with my hot water heater. Thermostat was replaced. Water still isn't hot. Guys that came were super nice during their visit but Guy at the other end of the phone line seemed really inconvenienced by our asking why it wasn't working. is that even legal?

I have used this company for 23 years and they have always been extremely reliable. Also these guys have done everything from repairing slab leaks to installing vanity fixtures, and can do it all. I rely on them to do the serious/difficult work and know they they stand behind the work they perform.

Charles and Matthew came and fixed a leaking sink for me at the last minute right before we left on vacation. They were super helpful and fast and explained everything they were doing thoroughly. Charles even gave me some tips to save money on my gas and electricity bill while I'm out of town. Very pleased with the service.

Nightmare work!!! end up costing me more than double to fix-up the issue with the another plumbing company and now this company is threaten to put unpaid invoice on House Lien. I set-up an apt for early morning so I can go to work. They came 3 hours late - while I was waiting office kept saying someone is on the way. Eventually, two young guys showed up in broken vehicle. They were struggling to figuring out toilet clog-up. Didn't have right tool with them. Went back again for an hour got the tool and after spending 3 more hours on the site. Left with the recommendation that they can't fix the issue and differ the issue on something else (outside lines). I couldn't go to work (lost my wage of that day). After explaining to the office that service not rendered so no money will be dispatched. By LAW services has to be rendered/delivered in order to other party obligated to pay. In return I got threaten calls now and a letter that I owe them $295 for their services, if i don't pay they put it on lien. They never fixed the issue in fact it costed more almost $1300 because I have to call someone else from another big local plumbing company (who were not cheap) and fix what ever it needed to do. BE ware of unexperienced plumbers in Austin land area.

The technitions that arrived were wonderful. They spoke to me like I was family and explained the what was going on. They also dvised me on a possible leak situation and to fix a hose bib that could be making it seem like it was my shower (it was on the same line about 2 to 3 ft from each other). This could prevent 1000s of reconstruction and made more since where the moisture was coming from. The little issues they found they advised me on quick maintinance befor costly repairs. The items the did fix. (Leaking hose bib and toilet) they did I fast and courtiously! I will always use them and recommend them! Thank you Jason and Steve!

Best price in town. I went with a tankless water heater, and am very pleased. The install for it went well, and Barry went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. If you have any issues with your install or labor, let Barry know and he will take care of you.

We use these guys for all of our plumbing needs... winterizing our outdoor spigots, testing our gas lines, descaling our water heaters, new installations, and modifying existing ones. They're prompt, professional, and have integrity. For all the work they've done for us, they've either left us satisfied with their work the first time, or have come back until we were.

Every plumbing emergency we've had has been handled by Custom Plumbing Services. All would have been impossible for us to fix on our own (pipe broken by tree root, sewage clog, broken toilet flange). Every plumber who has been to our house has been courteous, professional, and upfront about the cost, which was always reasonable for the quality and efficiency of the work. I had a job to repair a slab leak. Barry came recommended. I had to handle the job remotely. Custom Plumbing was very professional and advised not to tear up the slab till the leak site was detected. It took a few extra days, but once found the guys were in and out without a hitch. I am satisfied and would definitely recommend
