Aurelio and Carson are amazing! They are both so professional and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed when I was asking questions and they always took their time to provide informative responses to address my questions and concerns. I would most definitely use S&D Plumbing again!

Will never use again. I called to scheduled changing out a toilet in a 2 year old house. They said they could give me a ball park estimate until the plumbers arrived. When they did I was 39 weeks, 5 days pregnant. They quoted us $753 dollars (we supplied the toilet). They did the work in less than 2 hours. When Lorenzo and Christine P. the plumber and apprentice left. Christine had to nerve to ask my husband for a review based on the fact that she was a woman. Will never use again!

Justin arrived on time and was very professional. He explained what he was going to do and got it done quickly. He even made time to check an additional matter that I hadn't even discussed when bookingand quickly remedied the minor issue. S and D Plumbing was able to come out to my home the next day. They were polite, nice and knowledgeable. They confirmed with us every step and made sure we were ok with the price every step of the way, which is great. No surprises at the end. They were able to fix the pipe leak to my house on the spot. Firstly, I want to congratulate this business for its stellar communication. They kept in contact with me every step of the way. They were able to schedule my repair on a weekend, which was deeply appreciated.

I live out of state. This property will be our retirement home sometime in the next decade, but right now we have a tenant. The lack of hot water was an urgent issue and not something that I could wait to get several quotes before acting on.

Next, I had concerns about the scope of the work once the technician arrived. This property was built in 2020. The technician offered the opinion that my water heater was old and that it was typical to see this kind of breakdown given its age. I'll admit this is my first experience with a three-year-old water heater in its death throes. Maybe the builder installed sub-standard equipment, but I felt uneasy with the assessment. Especially once it was strongly recommended that I replace the unit. The quote given was $3300 for a new water heater and installation. It’s a small home—less than 1500 square feet—I can’t imagine the water heater was specialized enough to merit what seemed to be an inflated price.

I was cautioned that by fixing only the valve more parts could break during the repair. It was a reality I would need to accept beforehand. I did.

Luckily, the work was completed and the valve was replaced without further damage. The entire cost amounted to the originally quoted $513 to repair the valve. I’m told the water heater is now functional.

I was provided pictures of the work and an itemized invoice. They accommodated me and fixed the appliance in a timely fashion.

Quotes were somewhere between 3 and 6 times the closest other bid. They wanted to bill $6000 for labor only for a water heater swap. Make sure to get multiple bids.

On the bright side they are very polite.

I had my annual checkup with Kyle and his ride along Coach Cobb. And I must say for a plumbing visit it was very pleasant and informative. Not just having the work done but Kyle was happy to explain the process making sure I understood what he did and why. Coach Cobb is amazing with her questions and sharing her insights and ideas I think I just made 2 new friends. Thank you for your professionalism and delivery of quality work. We had a gas leak in our house yesterday, tried to call our recommended plumber but they cannot make it till next week. I did some research and decided to call S&D plumbing. They sent Weston Lemons out within couple hours and he fixed the issue. Weston was very nice, friendly and professional. He helped check around the house for other areas too. Very good service!

Had a low water pressure issue for about two weeks. Called S&D Plumbing and was able to get an appointment the same day that morning. Esteban and Coy arrived and were very professional and took care of the issue, showing me all their work, every step of the way. Highly recommend them!

Got a notification from the city’s smart water meter that I had a leak and sure enough my water heater was leaking at the base. I called S&D and was able to get a same day appointment with arrival between 9a-6p. I thought it would be a while, but they were here by 1030 and got straight to work!

Aurelio and Weston were very professional and thoroughly explained what the issue was and what my options were. They answered all my questions and gave me time to review the different estimates before making my decision.

I ended up having my water heater replaced and getting everything up to code. I also had a PRV installed since my water pressure was very high (that actually ended up fixing an unrelated water hammer issue I was having).

I think the whole thing took about six hours and everything was left nice and tidy. The water heater installation looks great and not sloppy at all. Aurelio and Weston walked me through everything that was set up and included detailed notes and pictures in my receipt.

Sometimes you just need reliable, professional plumbers to come in and get the job done right instead of using a random plumber or handyman. Definitely would recommend getting an estimate from S&D.

My old hot water heater was leaking so I called S&D Plumbing on a recommendation from a friend. They were able to send someone out immediately. Esteban arrived on time, was polite, professional and reviewed the situation. I needed a new Hot Water Heater so he went over my options with me. Within a few hours I had a new hot water tank. He did a great job and left the area clean. I would definitely recommend S&D and will be calling them again in the future if I need help.

We have been using S&D for the past 3 or so years. They've replaced our water heater and repaired pipes. They are timely and professional. Last Christmas they fixed a burst pipe same-day. Most recently Esteban was out and he was super helpful, providing us with a lot of information about our older home. These guys were great! Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional guys. The whole experience was great, from calling in for appointment to finishing the job. I was so thankful that they were able to send someone within about a couple of hours. We had a leak on the 2nd floor guest bathroom ruining my ceiling on the first floor, I already had guys tearing the ceiling and I needed a plumber ASAP and S & D was able to send someone right away. I highly recommend S&D! Nick and Travis were excellent! Very professional, courteous, and know their stuff. They ran into some snags with my older plumbing. But after they explained to me perfectly what was going on, went on and fixed the problems. I was amazed how quickly, and at a fair price. Great problem solvers!
