Very thorough. Nicholas explained everything he was going to do and how long it would take. After he was done checking everything including pipes under house, water softener, etc., he explained what he did and how it all looked. He took pictures to send to me so I can get a glimpse of what he saw. After I paid, he told me to call if I had any questions (large or small) to the office. Nicholas is a great guy, would highly recommend S&D. (He even drove in traffic from Taylor to where I live in Kyle)

My initial phone call to the company was taken by Zoe, who was cheerful, sympathetic, and knowledgeable. Kyle arrived on time, reviewed the problem, and presented several different options for how to proceed. From the beginning to the completion of the work, he was patient, respectful, and professional. I am completely satisfied with the work that he performed. I especially appreciated that he took time to clean up thoroughly. I don’t know how prices compare to the competition, but they seem reasonable and are definitely worth the superior service.

I called for a water leak on Sunday. S and D called Monday morning and dispatched Esteban to me Monday afternoon. Esteban provided a quick diagnosis of the issue and provided both short and long term solutions. Choosing the long term solution, Esteban completed the work quickly. He was very considerate and responsive. Taking time to answer questions I had about other plumbing matters. He could have left and drove off but saw that there was additional complimentary services that could be performed. That service provided much needed peace of mind for the future. Esteban is a fantastic representative of the company. Having done business with two of your technicians, it is clear why I continue to come back to S&D. Thank you very much! Michelle
