After getting the run around and an outrageous quote from a large commercial company I decided to call Aloha Plumbing. They came highly recommended by my neighbors. I explained the situation and they were extremely helpful and polite so I set up an appointment. I immediately received a confirmation text along with a picture of who was coming out. I really appreciated that.
The next day I received a text saying Brendan was on his way. He was even earlier than expected, which was great! He gave me an extremely reasonable estimate that was more than half of what the other company quoted. Brendan explained everything that needed to be done and answered all of my questions in a courteous manner. The work was exceptional. I will be using Aloha Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.
