Charles and Matthew were the plumbers who worked on our project to install several new water fountains for our Pre-K. Both were very professional and respectful to our staff. They made sure everything was done according to code and made sure everything was working properly. They cleaned up the area very nicely. Definitely will use Custom Plumbing again.

I hired Custom Plumbing Service to check on my whole home after a flood incident. Had the pleasure of working with Charles and Matthew. They were both extremely professional and timely with their work. The pricing was reasonable and they worked with my schedule to get the work done very quickly. I'd be happy to refer them to friends and family and will definitely call them back for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Great service! I've called on Custom Plumbing Services a couple of times and I'm really pleased. The last service call about a week ago, Charles and Matthew came out and did a great job. They arrived early, were very professional and knowledgeable in their troubleshooting, even cleaned up with a broom where they had to cut into some drywall. I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them again.

We have used Custom Plumbing Services before and have always been satisfied with their work. Yesterday, they completed a VERY difficult water heater installation in our very warm attic. They showed up when they said they would and were professional throughout the process. One of the installers even insisted on vacuuming up some insulation that had fallen out of the attic even though I told him I would do it. I highly recommend this company.

Saw a leak on the side of our home and called Custom Plumbing (they did the plumbing at Construction 14 years ago- figured if David Weekly trusted them so will I). Spoke with Steve and he set up an appointment for me. Mike came over and located the source and fixed it same day! I’m grateful for their quick response and action. All is good in our world again! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I called them to find a water leak, and, they failed to locate the problem and charged me an absurd amount of money for no work. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed it on “frozen pipes,” which was completely false. Even if that had been the case, a reputable company should have offered to come back and address the issue once the pipes thawed. Instead, they took my money and left me with the same problem I started with. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable plumbing services.
The owner is being very defensive instead of taking the responsibility and ownership of wrong doing.

Seriously impressed with the service I received from Custom Plumbing. When I had a pretty major issue, (backup with a pipe that was busted as well) they were on the scene promptly and tackled it like pros.

What really stood out was how they investigated. Forget guesswork – these guys brought in the big guns, including some cool camera tech that let them see exactly what was happening in my pipes. It was like plumbing CSI! Because of this smart approach, they nailed the real cause of the issue without any fuss.

I saw their truck outside my neighbor's house this morning and asked the technician if he could give me some info about replacing a pressure release valve. He was super nice, gave me a card, and had me call the office. Steve answered right away, gave me a quote, and even offered to come out the same day!

Turns out, the valve didn’t need to be replaced, just adjusted. They were honest, reasonably priced, and not out to take advantage. Super friendly and professional. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

Very thorough. Nicholas explained everything he was going to do and how long it would take. After he was done checking everything including pipes under house, water softener, etc., he explained what he did and how it all looked. He took pictures to send to me so I can get a glimpse of what he saw. After I paid, he told me to call if I had any questions (large or small) to the office. Nicholas is a great guy, would highly recommend S&D. (He even drove in traffic from Taylor to where I live in Kyle)

My initial phone call to the company was taken by Zoe, who was cheerful, sympathetic, and knowledgeable. Kyle arrived on time, reviewed the problem, and presented several different options for how to proceed. From the beginning to the completion of the work, he was patient, respectful, and professional. I am completely satisfied with the work that he performed. I especially appreciated that he took time to clean up thoroughly. I don’t know how prices compare to the competition, but they seem reasonable and are definitely worth the superior service.

I called for a water leak on Sunday. S and D called Monday morning and dispatched Esteban to me Monday afternoon. Esteban provided a quick diagnosis of the issue and provided both short and long term solutions. Choosing the long term solution, Esteban completed the work quickly. He was very considerate and responsive. Taking time to answer questions I had about other plumbing matters. He could have left and drove off but saw that there was additional complimentary services that could be performed. That service provided much needed peace of mind for the future. I have been using S & D Plumbing for years. They have done several jobs for me including toilet and hot water heater replacement. All of the technicians have been totally professional and friendly which does help. Wanted to give a shout out and kudos to Nicholas Salazar for his knowledge and advice on how to drain and maintain my hot water heater. He is great plumber and even a better person. Thanks guys.

When Jason arrived, in the pouring rain, he went straight to work with diagnostic tools to figure out the root of our problem. We are grateful that our problems were figured out at the source in the bathroom and upstream. Called S&D about about a water leak in our front yard. They arrived less than an hour later.

Ryan was extremely professional and efficient while repairing our leak in the 100 degree heat. We very much appreciate his hard work.

Nicholas Salazar was a great technician. He was very communicative, transparent, and answered all of my questions. He walked me through the pros and cons of different repair routes and let me make the decision. He was friendly, accommodating, and did professional, quality work. The call center staff was also extremely friendly and prompt. Would recommend!

We called S&D Plumbing for help dealing with a leak in our yard. We received a notification call 25 minutes in advance confirming that it was still a good time for them to come out (which was very nice) and then Jason Radford arrived as promised. They even sent a photo of the technician so we would know who to expect, as well as a link to a "Truck Tracker" app so we could see exactly how far away the tech was. That was excellent!!

Jason explained the potential costs upfront and then started digging. He quickly isolated the source of the leak which was unfortunately related to the sprinkler system which S&D does not currently handle. He still made sure to show me very clearly where the leak was and even shut the water to it so it doesn't continue leaking while we wait to get it repaired. He gave me the option of either leaving the work area exposed or refilling with dirt. Since we hope to get it addressed soon, I chose to leave the area exposed so he set up a caution tape barrier around the area for safety. Even with the hole, the area still looks tidy with dirt piled nicely on a plastic tarp and sod piled to the side to be reused.

He then did a couple plumbing maintenance checks and made recommendations based on the results. He was friendly and polite and even covered his shoes with booties when he came into the house.

I'm just disappointed this wasn't an issue that S&D could address because we know we can trust their work. We have been using S&D Plumbing since May 2016 and have been very happy with the service overall and the techs that have come out each time. I'm really hoping we don't have many plumbing issues pop up but it is nice to have a reliable and trustworthy company to call on should the need arise.
