UPDATED- he came out pretty quickly after i had expressed disappointment and took care of the issue with no charge.

So disappointed. We purchased a reverse osmosis system from Pickell Plumbing and the following year have an issue where the faucet is leaking and spilling water all over the counters and will not stop unless we turn off the system. I have called THREE times too many to get on their schedule for them to fix the issue and all three times, either did not show or never put us on the schedule. I don’t remember you guys service being like this in the past. Very disappointed.

I hired Daniel Pickell to replace a hot water heater in a rental property I own. He did a quality job, a huge improvement from the previous plumber I hired to replace the water heater. He was very professional and punctual, both in returning my calls and texts as well as completing the job. I was very pleased with Mr. Pickell's work and professionalism.

Called Pickle at 10 PM. On a Friday night they got to me with in 15 minutes. They are a great bunch of guys that you can trust to fix your plumbing problems. Highly recommend. Will be using EVERY TIME in the future.

We woke up one morning during the terrible ice and snow storm to find water on our kitchen floor. We turned off the water under the sink and contacted our insurance company. We then started calling plumbers. No one called us back, nothing. It has now been a month and I am tired of waiting for the over ten plumber that were recommended not calling us back. I made a list of every plumber in the area. Pickell Plumbing was on the list. I called them and received a call about an hour later. The woman who called apologized for not calling sooner. I was shocked because it had only been an hour and no one else even took the time to call. The woman who called told me someone could come to our house the next day. The plumber showed up during the time window. My husband was home for the visit. He said the plumber was courteous, friendly and went to work the minute he walked. I never share what we pay for repairs or purchases we make. However, I will tell you I was shocked in the BEST way possible. When my husband told me what we were charged, I made him repeated it because I did not think there was anyway the price could be what my husband told me. If you need a plumber who is courteous, timely, will do a great job and are so reasonable in their prices I recommend you call Pickell Plumbing. I would give them ten stars if possible.

I have been engineering plumbing systems for 20+ years and I can tell you that Danny Pickell is the best Plumber that I’ve ever worked with. His attention to detail, and ability to get things done right the first time, mean that you can rest assured that any work Pickell Plumbing does for you will be top notch. Pickell was able to fix a gas leak behind our stove. The owner, and his workers scheduled the job quickly, and were fast when they arrived. The guys were super nice and were kind enough to answer my questions! I'd recommend them anytime!

These guys work way too hard and will do everything they can to fit you in at any time of the day. They came out on a Wednesday afternoon/evening to look at the various plumbing issues I was having and fixed our pressure release valve (our water pressure is much better now), replaced a busted hose bib, and prepared our water softener to have a whole house filter included. They were back out on Thursday around 9:30 pm to install the new filter. Happy with how everything turned out and am sure to be a repeat customer.

Danny reset my toilet and installed the water softener system I bought in 2022. Initial service was good. But later their price jacked up so I stopped using them.

I paid in full for their water softener installation service in 2022. But for some reason, they kept sending me invoices for the same service I have paid a few times in 2022 and again in 2023. I sent them the receipt in 2022 and they confirmed through the email. But in September 2023 I received a new invoice for the same service I have paid for in 2022. Tried to call but no one answered.

We bought a new water softener at Home depot but the installation cost from the store was higher than we paid for the water softener itself. I was refered to Pickell plumbing by a friend and was NOT sorry at all. They came next day after contacting him. They did great work and installed everything really clean. It looks better than the job on the old water softener, which he also removed for us.

We love the folks at Pickell plumbing! Daniel Pickell is always quick returning my calls - and text, too. The work done is always done on time and for exactly the price quoted. We have had several plumbing emergencies over the years and they come out right away.
Recently, Pickell Plumbing installed a tankless water heater in our attic. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up work area before leaving.

Sunday afternoon I realized I had water leaking out of my garage. The water heater was in the house when we bought it in 06 and no telling how long before that. I called Pickell Plumbing. The owner, Danny, answered the phone and walked me through the process of shutting down this gas heater. I sent him some pictures via text, he quoted me a price. His team came out bright and early Monday morning and had it replaced and up to code in no time. Great work at an honest price. I would definitely call Pickell Plumbing again in the future.

We, my wife and I, we're having some issues in our bathroom (water on the floor) that we tried to do troubleshoot ourselves. After several experiments with no different results, we called Pickell Plumbing. Our first thought, oh God, how much is this going to cost or what hidden fees could appear.

This is where Pickle Plumbing helped ease those fears by outlining expectation step by step. They actually tried to help over the phone before scheduling an appointment, respecting our budget concerns.

We did end up having the owner come out, with agree upon expectations, to thoroughly examine our issue. Luckily, it was nothing major and gave some manageable cost solutions in helping avoid future troubles.

I would recommend Pickell Plumbing and would be my first call again if something more serious does arise.

I don't normally do reviews, but our experience with Pickell Plumbing has warranted me to change my old ways. Great experience with Danny. Water was leaking up through the floor the Friday evening before Mother's Day. Our regular plumber was not available. My husband remembered seeing the Pickell Pumbing truck and I looked him up on the internet. He was there really quick. He found the source of the leak in an interior wall and stopped it for the night. He also took care of calling a restoration company, as all the floors were going to have to be ripped out and walls dried/cut out. He came back the next day to repair the pipe permanently and found another leak in a different interior wall. Of course, he fixed that one also with high quality copper pipe, as we had 'soft' copper pipe in the walls. He insulated the pipes in the ceiling, installed a water softener, at our request, and we are good to go. We feel like Danny is part of the family, now.

I had a kitchen krisis!! My kitchen sink was clogged and nothing I did worked. It was 4:30 on a Saturday. I called 4 Plumbers that said they serviced “24” hours!! That is a joke all 4 said it would be Monday!! So much for 24/7. Then I saw Pickell Plumbing and read the reviews which were all good. So I tried calling. The owner of the company answered my call, let me explain and calmly said “I can be there in an hour “ my clog was not a simple one. He had to go on the roof but presto!! It was done!! UPDATE: STILL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I posted two months ago about my garbage disposal and it finally quit running for good this time. Pickell Plumbing LLC came out the next morning to replace it. I appreciate how quickly they respond when a customer calls. They truly have the best customer service. Thanks again for your help!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! My garbage disposal stopped working and I called Pickell Plumbing LLC and they were able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone for FREE! He knew exactly what the problem was and could have come out and charged me for something that was so simple to fix over the phone, but didn't. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.
