Karson and his partner did a fantastic, thorough, QUICK job on my water pipe leak and for an extremely reasonable price! I called at 3 pm yesterday. They bid and started the job yesterday and finished early this morning. I will DEFINITELY call for further needs and refer to my friends!

I discovered a water leak in my front yard around 2 p.m. on a Wednesday afternoon, and JustUs showed up in less than an hour and fixed the leak and restored water to my home the same day! Outstanding service.

We called in JustUs Plumbing Services when we had a mysterious leak (we were notified by the city of Round Rock that we were losing 75 gallons/hour) which turned out to have been caused by a previous company working on the foundation who broke a copper pipe that led to the front hose bib. It was challenging to find the leak as we were hearing it at the east end of the house and it turned out to be at the west end, but their excavator, Saul, never gave up. Saul also put everything back where it was, including an azaela bush that he had dug up and moved aside while he was working. Dwayne, the boss, is very knowlegeable and I love the clear communication from the office as well as the employees. They will do great work for you!

HOWEVER, they did refuse to repair the wall when they cut open to look for a leak AND 2.5 years later, we discovered that when their workmen came out to fix the leak, they had turned off the water softener which has a fancy computer regulating it. When I had checked in about the lack of salt being used up, someone told me that it didn't use much! We finally realized it the water flow had been turned off when another contractor was doing a small job and I asked him to check on it.

JustUs Plumbing WAS very quick to come and reset the water softener which we greatly appreciated, but they refused to fix the wall or pay for someone else to do it. I felt that would have been a gesture of good will since it was their workmen who had turned off the system and neglected to turn it back on 2.5 years prior.

I'd like to complain about the cost, but I can't because I know nothing about plumbing! Response time was fast which we REALLY APPRECIATE! Both the men were very nice and curtious.

My experience with JustUs Plumbing and the tech that did the actual work is the same, they are both professional, honest, timely, knowledgeableand efficient. I am very pleased with the work that they completed and will not hesitate to call them again in the future if or I should say when I need plumbing repairs in the future.

This company is owned by a veteran and in their advertisements they recognize veterans with a discount. This is so rare in today’s society and I was very impressed. Aa veteran. JustUs was great! Our garage conversion with full bathroom and kitchen sink turned out to be a little more difficult than expected because of digging through the foundation. But JustUs was with us every step of the way working with the city inspector and getting their work to pass quickly. They were highly communicative with text updates and reminders for site visits, and easy to get on the phone. The quality of work is exactly what you would want for the price as well. I can’t say enough about how great they were to work with. Would highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.
