Thank you Misheck (sp?) at Mustang Plumbing for fixing our water problem. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very patient as he explained what the problem was, how he found it, and what he was going to do to fix the problem. We had a hot water heater spring a leak and the water came raining down on the cars in the garage. I turned the water supply off and called our builder. They contacted Mustang ( not original plumber) They responded quickly and professionally. Thank you for turning a potential disaster into a simple inconvenience.

Our garbage disposal stopped working on Sunday. I called the emergency line. Cody called me back within 15 minutes. Came to the house quickly. He fixed the garbage disposal immediately. He was quick and professional.

I'm really bummed about this. The water for my refrigerator was installed slanted in my new build home. Mustang contracts with my builder and came out to fix it since Best Buy said they couldn't connect the water to my newly delivered fridge with the spout slanted like that. Mustang came and fixed the spout but there are huge holes in my drywall now. I'm no expert but I feel like this could have been done in a neater way. Now the spout is straight but I have to go through my builder warranty request process to fix this drywall. So much hassle when it was installed slanted in the first place. I'm deeply disappointed in this huge gash in my new house.

We called Cody on Saturday afternoon about the damage our tankless water heater sustained during the snow storm, and our replacement was installed less than 24 hours later. He was the only plumber we spoke with that offered any feedback over the phone about what the issue could be. After speaking with him we checked again and saw one of our pipes had cracked as he guessed. We placed the order to have a new tankless water heater installed Sunday. First thing Sunday morning Leonard and Jared arrived with the new water heater and installed it. We would definitely recommend them and found everyone to be very professional and knowledgeable.

No problem with receiving, all good, but this place is tight, think is better to be here early in the morning.
(Apparently Red bud LN is no trucks allowed but that's the only way to go in, just across from HEB,) driveway is next to the storage place, go all way in and take left, follow rd. Stop at first building and ask where they want the load.... Take your time, small place for a rig.

It is with my sincere appreciation, that I recognize one of your most professional, caring and diligent
employees. Mr Meshach Balderas was scheduled to address a major structural issue in our second
floor bathroom here in Dripping Springs. He was contracted by our builder to address a
wall surround and tub that were all, not level. He removed all of the fixtures with care and expertise,
protecting our home with his focus and vigilance. Meshach found and created a plan utilizing his
past experience and his cognitive training to repair major structural issues affecting the level of
three walls and the base of the tub area of flooring.
Meashach and his young associate **Tim, who came to our home the first of two days consulted
with one another and both worked well together to formulate solutions. I am so very grateful that
your staff and professional plumbers had the homeowners best interest in mind throughout this
process. Meashach made sure to document and photograph all of his assessments and
conclusions.

Meshach came out to look at my shower dumping water randomly and my kitchen not giving cold water. He was superb! Extremely informative and polite!

When you have a water problem, it’s nice to know you have a experienced professional on standby to save the day.

We had a plumbing issue in the middle of the night, and Meshach with Mustang showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem, and got everything under control before our house sustained any damage.

I had an incredibly positive experience with Mustang Plumbing during a very stressful plumbing situation at my home. While another plumbing company misdiagnosed the issue and charged me nearly $27,000, the team at Mustang stepped in with professionalism, integrity, and deep technical expertise.

They quickly assessed the real issue, documented their findings clearly, and provided detailed reports and a formal letter that helped me negotiate with the other company. Thanks to their support, and the guidance from David at GFO Homes, I was able to recover almost the entire amount, with only a small loss.

Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Bethany in particular was extremely kind, proactive, and helpful throughout the process. Even more, Mustang Plumbing declined to charge me for their inspection and generously offered to refund an earlier fee, which I gratefully declined out of appreciation for their support.

I get a call from a renter complaining about standing water yesterday (photos below). I thought nothing of it and figured it was the A/C condensation or neighbors irrigation that she just turned back in since 4 months earlier. (Backstory: Mustang happens to be the original plumbing installer for our personal home built back in 2007 in Cedar Park. They have since replaced two hot water tanks that were 16 years old, and replaced them with all new drain pans and flex gas hose. They also replaced an old hot water tank at one of our rental properties in Cedar Park in the attic mind you, and did amazing work at an affordable price.) So naturally when the tenant called about standing water in the yard, Jimmy and his team was my first call. They came out and repaired the copper water main that had been leaking for, come to find out, almost a week in literally no time. It was wet, hit, and muddy and his crew got it back up to code and better than builder specs from back in 1995. Amazing support! More evidence of excellence, Leonard from Mustang and his helper on another occasion, were able to complete a kitchen plumbing remodel project on two separate visits and knocked it out of the park for us. Installed pea traps, dish washers, ice makers, and garbage disposal. I am in both sales and professional services myself, and I will always use Mustang Plumbing. They are always professional, on time, and do what they say they’re gonna do. And for that I remain a happy and loyal client. What a great culture-5 Stars ALL DAY!! Keep up the great work!

I begin with an apology for this lengthy review commentary, but I think it’s important to understand a little of the backstory. My wife and I moved to Austin last July for her job and we thought it best to pay for an Airbnb for our first three months, hoping to get to know the area in order to then purchase a home. It was a miracle that our house in Seattle sold during that time and we were able to put an offer in on a home we fell in love with and then closed escrow the end of September. It is new construction that was the model house for David Weekly Homes in a specific development just north of Georgetown. EVERYTHING in the home we believed was perfect for our needs with an amazing shower setup in the master bathroom, yet without a bathtub. There was however a basic shower and shallow bathtub in the second bathroom which my wife said would work just fine for her (although she loves a great deep soaking tub)…but after sitting in it for her first tub experience, we knew it wasn’t going to work. So, having just purchased our new home, we were about to do a tub replacement which included tearing out the tile, cutting in to the walls, etc. Our builder Ginna (with DW Homes), highly recommended Mustang Plumbing, as they had done the original plumbing throughout the home. Next steps for us included reaching out to Mustang Plumbing and getting everything set up! Nathaniel was our initial contact person who was great in his understanding our plan and all that it would need to get it done perfectly! He was readily available, kind and patient with me in this first phase of communication (by giving estimates and staying in contact) to size up the project. We purchased a beautiful deep soaking KOHLER bathtub and after having it delivered, and the work scheduled, it all began! Bethany took over in communicating daily with us, and was wonderful throughout the project with her knowledge, awareness, kindness, availability, positive responsiveness, customer service and a willingness to work with us! Kyle was assigned as the lead plumber for the job! We couldn’t have asked for anyone better as he was extremely knowledgeable, very experienced and skilled with our type of plumbing tub work needed. Kyle conveyed such kindness and patience while answering every question I had along the way. He took GREAT PRIDE in his work and doing it just right (which I’m sure tried his patience a time or two since the new tub was having issues slipping right in to the spot). Jon and Matthew worked with Kyle on different days and are BOTH talented plumbers, equally as kind, while working as a team alongside Kyle! Words cannot express just how happy and grateful we are for the extreme professionalism, high quality work and superb customer service by each one of you mentioned! I’ve heard the phrase often, “happy wife, happy life…” so I’m adding “and happily ever after”…for you have given my wife a true deep soaking bathtub to enjoy for years to come! Brad & Mary. Mustang plumbing has come out to my house several times and have always provided great service for a fair price.

After a spur of the moment decision to give another plumbing company a try (Radiant) Mustang is now my plumbing company for life.

Mustang saved me tens of thousands of dollars versus Radiant, and gave me much relief from Radiant's financial doom they wanted to unleash upon me. (Radiant's quote was $12k - 70k vs Mustang's $5.7k - 6.2k)

If you're looking for an honest and fair plumbing company, look no further you have found your unicorn.

I'm sorry I ever tried another plumbing company (it was a waste of time, $800, and much stress)

Sometimes you don't know what you have until you lose it. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Choose Mustang, they are the real deal.

We had an issue at our house today (Saturday) & called Mustang Plumbing. Meshach came to the house & found that the resin from our water softener had gotten into our water system & clogged some pipes. He was able to diagnose the issue & get us going again. He was extremely polite, respectful & courteous - couldn’t have been better. Will definitely recommend to all.

Great experience with Mustang! I had a crack in my PVC drain line. They showed up on time and fixed it in a timely fashion for a competitive price. It was sort of an emergency since it was the only toilet and couldn’t be happier with their service. Thank you Mustang!

⭐ 1 Star – Unsettling and Unprofessional Experience

I had warranty work scheduled through my builder at the one-year mark, and Mustang Plumbing was the contractor assigned to the service. I do not live at the property full-time, so I scheduled a specific appointment to meet the technician on site.

When I arrived, I saw the Mustang Plumbing truck pull up and I entered the house first to turn on some lights and prepare for the appointment. I was only about 20 feet from the front door the entire time, so I was not far away and would have clearly heard a knock or someone announcing themselves.

About two minutes after I entered, I turned around and suddenly the technician was inside the house behind me. I never heard a knock, doorbell, or anyone calling out, and I was never asked for permission to enter.

This was extremely unsettling. A contractor should always knock and wait to be invited in, especially when the homeowner is present and nearby. Being only about 20 feet from the front door makes it very difficult to understand how I would have missed a knock if one actually occurred.

I later contacted my builder and was told the technician claims he knocked. I can only speak to what I personally experienced — I did not hear any knock and was never notified that he was entering.

I also contacted Mustang Plumbing directly. The person who answered said he would relay the message, but there was:
• No apology
• No acknowledgment of the concern
• No empathy
• No accountability

The response felt indifferent, which made the situation even more disappointing.

This entire situation could have been avoided with basic professionalism and communication. Homeowners deserve to know when someone is entering their home.

I hope Mustang Plumbing takes situations like this more seriously in the future

They were amazing from bell to bell. I gave them a quote for a broken water pipe; not only did JustUs beat the price for me as a veteran, but they even had to do some extra work and it was still less than I was quoted from the other company. It’s nice to find someone out here that isn’t trying to take advantage of people just trying to live their life.
