Told them my issue and they said no problem someone will be there between 11 and 1:00 pm. They arrived around 10:30 and just left job completed better than expected and out the door at 12:19 pm. Will call again in the future...

They were supposed to come out to look at my faucet. The guy showed up an hour early so I missed him because I was dropping off my daughter. Came out again and then he tried to gouge me on the price. Double the normal rate. I called them back and cancelled and he gave me an attitude and said that they were going to charge me for a service call because he had to come out twice. Btw just noticed that most of these reviews are fake.

I was so stressed as it was late in the afternoon and we had to turn off our water to stop the leak. We had what started out as a leak coming from somewhere todo with our hot water heater and also a very warm spot in our bathroom in front of the toilet. We had someone come out from our home warranty company. He basically said that it was condensation that caused the leak and our heated spot in the floor was because pipes were running close to the surface. And he turned up the tempersture on our hot water heater. A few days later, hot water was spilling into our side yard. My husband went out on Home Advisor to get someone else out.
JustUs Plumbing actually called us on Sunday and set up an appointment for Monday. Within less than an hour Jarrod had diagnosed the problem as a faulty T&P valve which was pretty scary because the previous person had turned up our temperature on the hot water heater which only added more pressure on the already faulty valve.
I cannot say enough good things about Jarrod and his total and complete professionalism. In the end all we needed was a new hot water heater. Start to finish Jarrod had the problem diagnosed and the hot water heater installed in less than four hours. Thank you, Jarrod. You are amazing.
