The plumber they sent out, 'Ivran ', came out on a Saturday, was able to handle the problem replacing a leaking exterior hose spicket, even though the job was more complicated than originally anticipated.
Ivran was able to remove all the old hardware and install a new one. This was really important because the work was performed prior to forecast freezing temperatures.
Will call Round Rock plumbers in the future for any plumbing work that we need done.
