Plumbing Outfitters are my hands down go-to for all plumbing related issues. Jess, Russ and Jorge got a new top of the line water heater installed for me within 24 hours of booking the appointment online. I couldn’t be happier. They were prompt, professional, and answered all my questions. A true one-and-done experience.

Joseph and Jason were great! Came out within hours of be realizing I needed a plumber. They replaced my water heater in an hour and half. Incredible. Great company. Have used them for over 3 years now. Highly recommend!

Amazing thank you to Jorge, Ryan and Ali for coming out today and installing our very large gas range! Jorge came out the day before to assess the situation and provide a quote. And once done, they were able to immediately come out today and install. Customer service at its finest!
We had also just had porcelain countertops installed as well. So they took their time and very carefully and professionally install installed the range in a very, very tight and awkward spot. They took the upmost care of us and our house while here.

Due to a con-man contractor, we were abandoned without hot water for 3 1/2 weeks! We were desperate! Luckily, we met the Plumbinator.

Mickey squeezed us in that evening. He talked to us, looked around, thought about it... and fixed our new tankless water heater In less than 30 minutes! He also walked around with us to help us understand all the things done by our former plumber that weren't up to code.

Long story short, he not only fixed all of our plumbing issues but he helped us deal with the city inspectors and even helped us find a reputable contractor who would take on our renovation from hell. He even checked in on us frequently to make sure we were doing OK.

I contacted The Plumbinator for help tracing an unwanted outside water spigot line (PEX running through concrete foundation) back to its manifold somewhere in my house in order to cap it. The Plumbinator team was easy to work with, accommodating to some re-schedule issues on my end and very helpful. Mickey was prompt, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I'm 100% satisfied and highly recommend.

My dad was a builder and taught me to do things myself if I wanted it done right. Well that's not always possible so it's always a challenge to find honest, hardworking companies to do an important job for me. So I spent probably 4 hours researching plumbing companies before I came across an article written by Mickey's wife and business partner. The article explained why NOT to do something I just knew was the right thing for me to do (my dad passed last year so can never get much welcomed advice from my #1 go-to). After reading the very straight forward and logical article, I not only knew I did NOT want what I thought I did, but I possibly found a company to work with. That was just the beginning! I asked for a quote and Mickey, the owner himself!!! met me at my jobsite and went over everything with me and explained in detail why certain things were necessary and possible set backs they could run into. WOW!!! He was not only patient and thorough but I felt like I had an intense plumbing lesson! I knew I had found my company! From start to finish, Mickey and his amazing team (mostly family) were there when they said they would be, went WAY above and beyond what they said they would do, were friendly and professional... I could go on and on. I will never use another plumber!! And so very thankful Wendy took the time to write such an amazing article and Mickey took the time to explain. LOVE these people!! And, to me, customer service is 98% of a company. The Plumbinator is 100% right on!!

The best plumbing service I have ever used in my 70+ years. Another Good job Plumbinator!! My water heater needed replacing after 12 years. Mickey worked our water heater replacement into his busy schedule within 2 days. Mickey and his apprentice replaced the water heater and added a new hose bib for the back yard in a few hours.

What a great local and family owned business to work with. They came out to run a sewer hydrostatic test after I had some foundation work and found a break. They quickly scheduled a crew to come and tunnel under the house and then they came and fixed the break right away. No one likes to have plumbing issues, but I know I can trust on these guys to get the job done and correctly.
I also had a delivery come in as they were leaving and they graciously helped unload the delivery. They had no obligation to do this, but the fact that they did just shows what types of people they are. They are my go-to for all plumbing issues.

We called today and they scheduled us for tomorrow. They had a cancelation and called me back and got us scheduled for today. They came a little early which was great! They were so nice. The price was fair in our opinion for the work they had to do. They also did the work very quickly and it was done right! We were so stressed out this morning and by 4pm we were completely at ease. I saved their number in my phone for the future and I high recommend them. I will say the ridiculous quotes you get from others you won't get from them. They do their best to stay fair in price.We appreciate the quick and amazing work!!

I recommend The Plumbinator for sure. My husband and I had water piling up in the front yard and we shopped around for quite a while to find the right guys for the job. The Plumbinators were not only timely and professional and really transparent on their pricing but also friendly and super communicative throughout the whole process. Their specialty is leak location and they did a really great job, quickly, and ended up charging slightly less than the original quote even though it was a tough job.

This company was recommended to me through another person. Gave them a try. The front desk lady was nice other that had a very unpleasant experience for my client who just purchased a home and had home inspection done and was working perfectly fine.
Had this company out 1st they weren’t even knowledgeable about how old the unit was and the sticker was right on the unit🤦‍♀️. Wouldn’t talk to me over the phone. Had to call front desk.
Told my client she needed new hot water heater. Had another company out there within hrs free of charge, replaced a sensor switch and bamb my client didn’t need a new hot water heater.
The unit is 2016 and the technician said the unit is over 10 years old and they can’t work on it.
Gave my a client an invoice cost of $2200.00
Meanwhile another company comes out for free, replace the switch for free and also let her know if she did need a new hot water heater total replacement cost would be 1600.00
This is the reason. You can’t trust anyone these days.
Always always get a second opinion.
