Noah was awesome! There on time. Gave options on how to fix my problems. Once I decided what to do he got to work and did an excellent job! Highly reccomend Plumbing Outfitters!!

Today we had an exceptional drain clean by this company. Our plumber, Melvin, quickly demonstrated his experience and expertise. Within 45 minutes, he had diagnosed the issue, identified the path to resolution, and executed it. In addition, he took the time to use a camera to confirm the work was of the highest quality and there was no unintended damage. The scheduler Myriah, was also very helpful in getting us scheduled quickly. She was professional, kind, and efficient. We appreciate the efficient service and plan to be customers in the future for any plumbing needs.

Warren provided outstanding service. He was knowledgeable, clearly explained the repair options, and quickly ordered the necessary parts. Despite the parts delivery being slightly delayed, he came out over a holiday weekend as soon as the parts arrived and completed the repair efficiently so we could restore our water service. His professionalism, comms, and commitment to customer care were excellent.

Highly recommend and will gladly use Plumbing Outfitters again.

The only plumbing company we will use! Melvin has been out plumbing specialist for quite a while and we trust him and his judgement on any plumbing problems we might have. I don't give 5 stars easily, only when deserved. Plumbing Outfitters is most deserving!

Jorge came and fixed our drain on our bathroom tub and leak on our toilet. Very prompt and professional . Thankful he was able to come and do the repairs today.

Scheduled my annual water heater flush and system check with Plumbing Outfitters. I was chose the noon to 4pm, appointment window. A little after noon, on the day scheduled, I received a text from Plumbing Outfitters letting me know their Technician, Jorge Reyes, was on the way to our home. A sort time later Jorge and Matt arrived at my house and went to work. They flushed the weather heater, checked water pressure, and verified our water softener was functioning properly. Jorge explained their work plan beforehand and once completed, asked if I had any questions or concerns.

Jorge Reyes came out to do the work and he did an excellent job. He showed up on time, was very friendly and efficient. I would definitely ask for him if I ever need any more plumbing work done.

Mel, Paul and John arrived promptly and quickly found and determined plan to repair the leak. All were super friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with their conviction to do an excellent job, always keeping me informed of what they were doing and estimated costs. Also excellent at suggesting possible measures to take in future to insure proper water pressure etc. Lovely to meet these 3 gentlemen who did a great job..I can't imagine using any other plumbing co in the future! I had two pipes break. Plumbing Outfitters sent Melvin Haddix. He was awesome! He diagnosed the problems relatively quickly, left the areas he worked in clean before he left, and was super nice and fully explained what was going on to me. I requested him for the repair and it went so smoothly! His assistants were polite and hard working. Definitely happy with my services received!!

Had Matt come out and do some work at the house. He was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job in a timely manner. Would hundred percent recommend and will use again. Been a Customer for years and will continue going forward.

Jorge with Plumbing Outfitters provided excellent service! When I discovered a very slow draining sink and ultimately water dripping in my bathroom cabinet, I called a few plumbing companies in hopes I could find someone available for same-day service. Plumbing Outfitters sent Jorge out within a very short time, which I was so thankful for. He was professional, easy to talk to, and took care of the issue in great timing. He educated me on what the problem was and also gave great tips on preventative maintenance. This was my first time needing professional plumbing services and I’m glad I hired Plumbing Outfitters. From the office staff to the technician Jorge, it was a great experience.

We had a leak outside on our water main. Joseph Snowden came, took a look not only at the leak, but also checked and found we had low water pressure. He was quick, respectful, and did a great job. We’ve used plumbing outfitters for years and have always had a good experience.

The Joe and Joe team did an excellent job with our leak repair! They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and timely.
