This is our 2nd time using this company and I can’t say it enough, they are very professional and thoroughly explain what they will need to do and the pricing. We were having trouble uninstalling a faucet after trying for an hour. Jorge came out and was knowledgeable and able to resolve our issue in less than an hour and install our new faucet. Again a very professional group of plumbers.

We are so thankful for Plumbing Outfitters! When we discovered a leak in our kitchen, the scheduling team was able to book a technician out to the house within 24 hours. Aurelio was great about answering our questions and provided a tiered offering to meet the direct need for which we called & additionally consider some things we knew would better the house. He was very honest and upfront to address if there are any issues before he started the work. I feel like Noah is a super pro in doing this plumbing work because the way he installed the loop pipeline looks simply gorgeous. Water leak in the slab. Never a good thing. The service was outstanding. They were able to juggle their schedule and do the entire repair in one day. That's huge for us as my wife works from home and she wouldn't be able to with all the activity involved.
They explained everything in detail as they went along, there were no surprises.

We had an excellent experience with Plumbing Outfitters. Lauren took my call and was very friendly and empathetic. We had a leak out by our city meter and she got us on the schedule the first chance she could. This morning I received a text and Kyle came out and diagnosed our problem and offered several options. We agreed on the course of action and he ordered parts and coordinated with the team to get it done today. Jorge and Coy came out and repaired our leak quickly and efficiently. They showed me what work was done before backfilling the area. Jorge reviewed the job when they were done and answered all my questions. Our water is back on
and our system has been improved with the addition of a pressure regulator valve and the necessary expansion tank. Efficiently done job and excellent. Customer service. We will definitely call them again when needed.

After another plumbing company told us our expansion tank had failed and warned that our water heater was at risk of "exploding", we called Plumbing Outfitters for a second opinion.

Their technician came out promptly and thoroughly inspected our system, ultimately determining that everything was actually in proper working order.

It was refreshing to get an honest assessment and no high-pressure sales tactics. We'll be using them from now on for our maintenance and repairs.

Plumbing outfitters is the best plumbing company to work with. My hot water heater stopped working and Noah was out same day to help diagnose the problem. He even showed me how to install the new part, which helped me save money on a return trip. I highly recommend this company.

We had a garbage disposal installed. We purchased a new disposal and the tech installed it. He did a good job and was nice. The reason for 3 stars is the price they charged. $375 to just install a disposal that I already purchased seems like a lot to me! The job itself only took him 20 minutes.They wouldn’t give me a quote when I made the appointment so when he showed up and gave me the price I felt like he was already there so kinda had to do it even though the price was outrageous. I wish they would have given a quote over the phone. It was a pretty simple job and I know they could have quoted it over the phone.

This is hands down the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company (or any home contractor!). The process to book is so easy - they are extremely responsive, great at follow-up, and were very clear with options, estimates, and timeframes.
