Our tank-less water heater was giving off an error message. Aloha Plumbing was quick to respond and assess the situation. A malfunctioning circuit board was ordered and replaced quickly. Aloha will always be our recommendation for anyone that needs a plumbing problem solved.

UPDATE: September 12th, 2024
Had a water leak emergency when the cutoff water valve that lead to our house started leaking. Thankfully Aloha Plumbing was able to fit us into their already packed schedule. Jerred and crew provided excellent communication along with a repair time-line and were able to have taken care quickly. This company has always been up front and honest with all the times we have used them. Aloha Plumbing is my first choice whenever a recommendation is needed to family or friends.

UPDATE: April 19th, 2024
Jerred from Aloha came for a scheduled filter checkup on the water softener they previously installed. While here he inspected the water for chlorine, which would indicate time for a filter change. No chlorine found. He could have just replaced the filter as the timeframe is right for replacement, but since our water usage is less than most others it was not needed at the time. With that Jerred showed us how to use the test kit and recommended we check again in 3 months and call if needed. All that with no service call charge. Honest, fair and dependable. 3 of the many reasons we will always use and recommend Aloha Plumbing.

UPDATE: June 23, 2023
Once again Jerred and the crew at Aloha Plumbing were amazing. Had a tank-less water heater installed after our old tank heater finally gave out. We previously had Jerred give us an overview of water heaters when Aloha installed our water softener (which is still giving amazing results) over a year ago. Aloha honored the original estimate even though it was well past the time-frame date when given. That speaks a lot of honesty and integrity to us. Jerred and his staff were on time and work was completed on time as well. They also didn't mind when we asked several questions during the work process, taking the time to explain how the system worked and what to do in different situations. All around A+ service from a top notch company. We will recommend Aloha to friends and family as well.

Excellent service at a fair price. From initial phone call to job finished Jerred and his staff were total professionals. I had a new water softener installed. Aloha was on time and walked me step by step through the whole process while answering any and all questions. Fantastic warranty included! I would not hesitate to recommend them to family/friends and they will be my first call if other help is needed in the future.

Aloha Plumbing is the best around! Professional, Knowledgeable and Reliable! We had a tank water heater leak in the attic that caused extensive damage and it had to be replaced. Having a water heater in the attic is not ideal and it is very frustrating that homes are built that way in Texas. Jarred gave us the perfect solution! He and his team showed us how we were able to put the whole house on one tankless water heater in the garage! Brendan and Albert did a very professional installation in our home! We have had the unit about a week now and we honestly think the hot water in all of the house is better and faster to the faucet than the TWO old tank heaters we had. PERFECT! We highly recommend Aloha Plumbing for ANY plumbing need!

We called Aloha Plumbing when we needed some repairs to our sewer line. They were very responsive and talked through all of our options for the repair. Once the repair was started they kept us up-to-date on progress. Finally when they finished, they walked us through everything that was fixed as well as some maintenence to keep up with.

Jared was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. He gave us a fair, accurate price for a water heater replacement, and even helped fix some issues that were left by the previous homeowner that we weren't aware of. I'd recommend Aloha to anyone in need of a plumber.

Jarred removed two 50 gallon hot water heaters from our attic and replaced them with a tankless hot water heater. From an initial quote over the phone to completing the job, Jarred was professional and thoroughly answered all our questions. We are extremely happy with the work and would recommend Jarred to others.

Our water softener failed over a weekend (we had resin beads throughout our plumbing in the house) and when Jarred called on a weekend he allayed my fears and got us up and running by confirming we bypassed the softener correctly. Brendan came out Monday and checked everything out to make sure we did no harm to the new tankless water heater they installed previously.

Jarred and Brendan are super responsive and very professional. I feel confident that when they recommend a service it is needed and they are always cost conscious.

I can't recommend Aloha Plumbing enough!

Anytime someone says, “I need a plumber” my immediate response is Aloha. After the work is completed, I always receive rave reviews and thanks for referring! We are slowly fixing pipe by pipe from a late 90’s built house (hello PVC piping…) and Aloha has been amazing at identifying the problem and fixing, same or next day. Their knowledge is top notch and would recommend their services to anyone!

I am so glad that Aloha Plumbing was referred to me by a friend. There is a comfort in knowing that they are TRUSTWORTHY! My experience with them (I think about 6 or so visits for a variety of reasons) has been beyond my expectations. They are always prompt, responsive, friendly and honest. I am a customer for life.

I have continued to use Aloha for all my plumbing issues. They are always friendly and responsive. I know that I am going to get fair prices and great service. I have recommended them to my friends and family. I totally recommend Aloha!

2022:
I am very happy with the responsiveness and friendliness of the people at Aloha. I had to shut the water off to my house on a Sunday morning. I left a voicemail for them to call me back Monday, and the owner texted me Sunday afternoon for more information. He was able to get someone to my house first thing Monday morning, and I had working water again by Monday afternoon. I would definitely use them again.

Aloha Plumbing is our regular plumber for many reasons: licensed and insured, prompt service, takes pride in their work, and reasonably priced. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you, Jerred and crew, for taking such good care of our plumbing needs over the years.

Brendan made a service visit to my home on behalf of Aloha Plumbing and did an incredible job identifying my issue and solving it. He was very thorough in his investigation, explained everything he was doing, and answered any questions I had. He was impressively efficient, and I appreciate that he fixed the problem without replacing everything. I would recommend working with Aloha and would even request to work with Brendan again. These guys are awesome to work with. We have used them a few times now on our primary home and rental. They are honest, upfront, reasonable price, and very responsive. They have given advice in the past whewe did not need to use their services too and told us what to do to fix the issue (aka stinky hot water heater). Give them a call...You will not be dissapointed.

Jarred was excellent on the Service. However he still didn't bring me a Chick-fil-A sandwich.

This time we needed a new water heater, but we were short on funds after having a lot of other house repairs come up at the same time. They were able to do a financing deal for us to get the new water heater installed instead of just replacing parts on on our really old water heater and waiting for it to fail in 6 mo.
Jeered installed the new heater and also checked our water pressure.

Another great job by Aloha Plumbing! I woke up to find that I had a leaking hot water tank. I called Jerred at Aloha. He said he would come by as soon as he finished the job he was working on, and true to his word, he was at my door after having completed a very long work day. He confirmed that my 14 year old tank needed to be replaced and clearly explained the options available, the pricing for each (very reasonable) and what I could expect from each. He worked me into his schedule the very next day and did a fantastic job. He also gave me a lot of advice on how to get maximum life out of my new unit and told me to call him anytime with any questions. Great responsiveness, great advice and follow up. Aloha Plumbing is my automatic go-to for plumbing work.

I rarely post on business pages, but I have been so pleased with the service, care and professionalism of Aloha Plumbing that I wanted others to feel like this is a reputable plumber if they are in the process of doing research. What won me over was their honesty and over the top support when asking questions about my home. They sought to give information so I the consumer can make informed decisions about my home and services they offer. The owner even gave me a follow up visit after a soft water install. These guys give great customer service which unfortunately feels rare these days. Thanks Aloha, I know who I will call in a pinch and recommend to friends.

We had a water heater malfunction and flood our house on a Friday afternoon. Aloha came on Friday evening to assess the situation and make sure we were safe over the weekend while we cleaned up the water and dealt with a water mitigation team. Originally scheduled to install on Tuesday, they made an extra effort to come on Monday and did a fantastic job! I remodel houses for a living and have dealt with many trades (good, bad and ugly) over the years. Aloha was prompt, professional and courteous with fair prices. I would highly recommend them!

I heard about Aloha through a recommendation from another service company. I was looking for an electric tankless hot water heater flush and what I got was much more. I have already used them for another service after the original one. Jerred's work was professional and thorough. He was even willing to walk me through the process so I can do it myself at a later time vs. asking for more service for his business. I appreciated the extra time he took to educate me and help me learn about my house setup. I will absolutely be using them again, highly recommended!

I hired Jerred to service our Navien water heater after finding him listed as a licensed pro on Navien’s website. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the issues from a previous poor installation. He fixed everything efficiently, and I’ll definitely use his service again.

Hot water heater going out. After 1 phone call and a few texts to coordinate Jerrad came over same day to confirm and gave us a game plan to still go on vacation. Very straightforward and laid out options for replacing. Jerrad stayed in touch up to appointment time to make sure nothing went south. The tankless water heater purchase and installation was a bit more with Jerrad but the peace of mind of master plumber installing vs journeyman is worth it. Jerrad texted a week after install to see if we were satisfied. Aloha Plumbing IS OUR PLUMBER!
