Overall, very satisfied with Crow's service. Chris did an awesome job in fixing the issue, very thorough and helpful in providing guidance. Customer service, Karen, was very helpful in coordinating and communicating status of the appointment. In terms of services, I will use Crow's services again in the future.

I had to reduce 1 star due to somewhat questionable coupon advertisement. Online there's coupon for same day drain for $99 which I've mentioned before the appointment. However I was told by technician when he came on site that coupon did not apply. My service required drain unclog for up-stairs bathroom, so I didn't quite understand how it would not apply. I ended up paying lot more than I anticipated.

never used them. tried to call and took a day for them to get back with me, already went with someone else and had job done. only reason for review is they insisted. after 2nd email, I thought I would accommodate. not sure why they wanted it, maybe they thought they could bully me into a client. Not Happening.

We've done a full kitchen remodel, water line for the coffee maker, whole house RO filter system and now a gas hot water heater replacement. Each time, each rep from the company has been exceptional. Direct and honest and correct the first time. The owner is involved daily and it really seems like a family affair. Highly recommend.

Service Tech, Paul, helped get our water heater back up and running properly! Response time during the holidays was faster than expected, communication was great, informative, and the heater was back up and running in no time! Paul even followed up to make sure everything was still working properly after the weekend and addressed any concerns after the repair.

I needed to replace my water heater and I gave Crow's Plumbing service a try due to good reviews. Making appointment was easy and there were reminder texts prior to the appointment. Caleb arrived on-time. He was courteous, pleasant, and explained all options. Price is fair and reasonable. I gave the ok to start the work. He always let me know what were going to happen next during the install process, and he did a very good quality job and clean up after himself. Even the insulation and taping were neatly done. Booties were always worn when inside the house. I'm very happy with the results. I would definitely use Crow's plumbing service again for all my future need. And hopefully I'll get Caleb assigned to the work again. Thank you.

From my first phone call to Crow's, the experience has been pleasant. Karen was friendly and personable on the phone, very accommodating to my schedule. Caleb, my plumber, arrived on time. He, too, was friendly and congenial. He went right to work, encountered an issue with the City's water meter, but remedied everything without any inconvenience to me. (I had a pressure regulator valve in my yard replaced.) Pricing was good, significantly less than another's estimate. They are a veteran-owned business too. I recommend Crow's very highly.

While no one likes to replace a water heater, it is good to have a plumber who responds the same day and gets it done for a competitive price. I had a great experience with the team from Crow's. From the office staff who took my call to the guys who did the repairs, everyone was extremely nice and friendly. They kept me updated every step of the way about when they would arrive and what was required. I am very satisfied with the service, and Crow's is now my GO TO plumbing company! ❤️

Crow's installed faucets, a water softener, and bidet seats in my new house in August. Once again, spectacular service!
The faucet (that I purchased) turned out to be defective and Juan replaced it today. He did a great job and cleaned everything up when he was done. Very friendly and efficient. I'm glad I have the membership plan so I can call them when my new tankless water heater needs to be serviced!

We've been using Crows Plumbing Service for several years. Crows is very responsive when you dial them up, keep you updated as to their expected arrival time, and the interaction with them is always professional and courteous. We have never had an issue with them when we've summoned them to our home to install or fix something.

Paul was prompt courteous and professional. He did a thorough examination, listened carefully to symptoms and explained the specific cost structure and gave me several options to choose from without pressuring me to choose the most expensive option. Easy to work with.

After trying to DIY it ourselves, we finally resorted to calling a plumber. Our kitchen sink was clogged, and I couldn't run the dishwasher - debilitating for a family of 5. Then, we noticed that our bar sink also didn't drain! I found Crow's Plumbing via Angie's list, and the reviews were good. There were some delays as their plumbers were tied up with their previous jobs, but Brannon communicated these delays well, confirming what worked for our schedule. Junior arrived to save the day. He was conscientious, professional, and amiable. He cleared the kitchen clog, but the bar sink was still having issues where the the bar sink tied into the kitchen line. One surprise was Junior finding *sixteen* paint brushes in the bar sink P trap! This was not causing the clog, but - goodness - sometimes you just don't even know what's down there (We've lived here over seventeen years and, no, we're not painters.)
I absolutely will call Crow's again when we have a plumbing issue in the future! And I won't wait so long. They were affordable, and ultimately cost less than all the soft costs we incurred trying to fix it ourselves, eating out, and buying paper plates, etc.

Juan M was great. Very professional and great at what he does. He came in addressed the problem and got right to work. His communication skills were on point, and we were able to get the water fixed and running. Nothing but good things to say about Juan M.

Crow sent out a technician at the time that was promised. The gentleman who showed up was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. However, the price he quoted to fix a little bit of PVC pipe, valve and threaded fitting was $488. I asked if he was serious and how did he get to $488 plus a $39 service call fee for approximately $25 in parts to do a 30 min job. He had no answer and could not/would not provide line item pricing. This is absolutely price gouging and is very distasteful. I paid the $39 service call, thanked him and said I would do I myself. I went to Lowe’s and for $27 got what I needed, then 45 min later the pipe and valve were in place and water back on to the house. The thing about plumbing companies that want to conduct business in this manner will start to lose some business to more reputable companies that take care of the customer at a fair price and not gouge them. Remember, your customers have good memories. Thank you!

We had a water supply line to an outside spigot break during a hard freeze. The break was inside a wall very close to the foundation in a difficult place to reach. We called Local Plumbing Service the next morning, and they said they could arrive at our house between 12-12:30. Jack and Paul arrived at 12, immediately diagnosed the issue and proposed their plan, including an estimated cost. We agreed, and they went to work. The job required removal of some siding and minor modification of some framework to access the affected area. Their work was fast, effective, and of high quality. They were friendly, courteous, professional, and thorough in all regards. The job was completed within two hours, including a good job of temporarily replacing the siding that was removed (permanent replacement is a job for another team). The cost was within their estimate and very fair. We are very pleased with the results, and we highly recommend their plumbing services. If we need plumbing services again, they will be the team we call. A big Thank You to Local Plumbing Service!

Crows responded to my water pipe leak immediately, including dispatch Juan in the same afternoon. Juan was professional, courteous, and patient with all my questions. He also showed me different options along with his recommendations. Juan's work was meticulous, without takin any shortcuts. After repair was completed, he also made sure I test everything to make sure both hot and cold water were working correctly. I greatly enjoyed Crows Plumbing Service despite an otherwise major headache on a hot summer day without water. I would highly recommended Crows for plumbing services.

We had an excellent experience with Crows Plumbing! We were able to get a same-day appointment for our mystery water leak, even though I called on a Friday afternoon. The receptionist who took the call listened to all the issues we were having and seemed genuinely concerned and determined to get someone out that day to take care of it. Darius showed up and he was attentive and very personable - listening to all our concerns, explaining all he would do to detect and fix the leak, and making sure we understood what was going on at every point. Darius found the underground leak quickly using specialized tools, which meant we didn't have to dig up the whole yard (thank you!) and completed the repair. He was even kind enough to let our kids follow him around and watch the whole repair process. We will definitely call Crows again for our plumbing needs!

I had a running toilet. I tried to fix it myself. But instead of a standard flap I had a canister type flush valve. All my attempts to remove it failed. I scheduled Crow's plumbing to come by. They were able to remove it replace it with a new flush valve. It cost 345.63 for this service. Hopefully next time I can do it myself.

We had our sewer drain line repaired. Crow’s came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and got a major repair done very fast. Darius and the entire team were friendly and explained everything to me. We had a different plumbing problem a week later and Josafat came out quickly and helped me solve my problem. Highly recommend.

My water heater needed to be replaced. Juan did a good job replacing it. He also found another issue on my whole house water valve. My water pressure came back normal. The price was reasonable as well.

This plumbing company is wonderful to work with. Karen, the receptionist is excellent and prompt. Caleb, my plumber, gave me courtesy calls to let me know how long before he would arrive. He is very polite, communicative with great customer relations skills, but about all, an excellent plumber who takes pride in his work. He is very neat and cleaned up everything when he was done. Caleb was fast and did a fantastic job. I will always call Crows Plumbing first. Their prices are the best. I actually had same day service. They came out the first day I called.
